I went to PNC on 14th and Park a few times in 2023. Each time the assistant manager was totally incompetent and unprofessional. I knew more of how to access my bank statements than he did! Also he failed to print all my bank statements (only part of them). He even lied about the services PNC bank offers. I ended up going to a different PNC Bank on P. Please help these PNC bankers on PArk and 14th. They are shaming themselves and they treat others like dirt.

Ya guys are not help at all,my card got stolen with all my ids,,all I need is just my debit card,,with I couldn't get and then I try to take some cash out,,couldn't do that either,,I don't why you have this dumb people working there for,,this happens at the Brooklyn location and the other one on 3300 14th st nw ,,I'm very disappointed with there service 😡😡

The scanner is broken so you can't use this location's ATMs after hours anymore. This branch has also made multiple mistakes with my account in the past. I don't even know why they keep this branch open.

Both ATM s are out of service, one has been out of service for awhile. I told the gentleman at front door there both not working, he tells me they no . So I suggest you should put a sign up to let people know, he said we can't do that. WHY???

I would rate this branch a zero if I could. I recently opened an account for my 17 year old son as he was starting college near by. We ran into an issue with an agreement that needed our signatures or my son would not have access to any of the funds that I had already transferred.An issue that should have taken 10 mins took over an hour. I had already returned home 5 hours away and my son and family member worked in person to resolve the issue with Charles Sumbu and I contacted customer service and spoke to Chris. Charles provided incorrect information as Chris worked hard to resolve the issue by using all the tools at his disposal to contact Charles. Chris had great difficulty reaching Charles, what does that say about potential difficulties a customer trying to access assistance at this branch may experience? The issue was finally resolved however, Charles neglected to apologize for our experience, one of the most important steps to service recovery. We will never step foot into this branch and the jury is out on whether or not I would open any additional accounts. The staff at this location needs additional training! I’m lucky to have received help from Chris!

Worst bank ever. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH PNC. I went out of the country during COVID for a few months. I let the bank know and never had any issues until out of the blue they closed my account and my debit card (the only way to get cash overseas!) with no notice. NO NOTICE. When I called to inquire they provided no explanation. Really unprofessional. I will never be using this company again.

Worst bank branch ever!! Charles Mills worst manager ever!! Don't come here, they don't have enough money to cash you out if you want to close an account or deduct money from your account. The manager Charles Mills was extremely rude to my mother who is a senior and myself. He didn't want to provide a business card when I mentioned I would file a complaint. Horrible stay away from this branch!!!
