Both ATM s are out of service, one has been out of service for awhile. I told the gentleman at front door there both not working, he tells me they no . So I suggest you should put a sign up to let people know, he said we can't do that. WHY???

The scanner is broken so you can't use this location's ATMs after hours anymore. This branch has also made multiple mistakes with my account in the past. I don't even know why they keep this branch open.

I would rate this branch a zero if I could. I recently opened an account for my 17 year old son as he was starting college near by. We ran into an issue with an agreement that needed our signatures or my son would not have access to any of the funds that I had already transferred.An issue that should have taken 10 mins took over an hour. I had already returned home 5 hours away and my son and family member worked in person to resolve the issue with Charles Sumbu and I contacted customer service and spoke to Chris. Charles provided incorrect information as Chris worked hard to resolve the issue by using all the tools at his disposal to contact Charles. Chris had great difficulty reaching Charles, what does that say about potential difficulties a customer trying to access assistance at this branch may experience? The issue was finally resolved however, Charles neglected to apologize for our experience, one of the most important steps to service recovery. We will never step foot into this branch and the jury is out on whether or not I would open any additional accounts. The staff at this location needs additional training! I’m lucky to have received help from Chris!

Worst bank ever. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH PNC. I went out of the country during COVID for a few months. I let the bank know and never had any issues until out of the blue they closed my account and my debit card (the only way to get cash overseas!) with no notice. NO NOTICE. When I called to inquire they provided no explanation. Really unprofessional. I will never be using this company again.

Worst bank branch ever!! Charles Mills worst manager ever!! Don't come here, they don't have enough money to cash you out if you want to close an account or deduct money from your account. The manager Charles Mills was extremely rude to my mother who is a senior and myself. He didn't want to provide a business card when I mentioned I would file a complaint. Horrible stay away from this branch!!!

The ATM room at PNC BANK PARK ROAD is DISGUSTING!!! Nobody ever cleans it. How are customers supposed to use the ATM with trash and old nasty, stinking, rotting food and clothes in front of the ATM?!?!! Again it ALWAYS looks like this. I am highly dissatisfied with the way this branch has allowed the ATM to be presented.

Frustrating...everytime. LONG WAIT...ALWAYS...Nine teller booths but only one and a half teller working. Not professional. Would not recommend!

So I've been coming to this bank for a year now and my experience has been great. Everyone is very friendly and good at their job. Asya especially was awesome. She went above and beyond.
