This is one of the worst branches of all , they always , always have one teller and it doesn’t matter what time of the day or what day of the year . You still have to wait at least 25 minutes in order for u to get the help that u need , I wonder if they need people to work or they are just saving money on not having enough employees, definitely the service in this branch is very mediocre

I wanted to make sure that I recognize Mr.Andy. I had previously mentioned him in a post earlier this month , I apologize for not mentioning your name. I must say this young man has such a beautiful smile and always is concerned about his customers well-being too. Mr.Andy, is always respectful, compassionate and such a humble person. I really do enjoyed my encounters with him. Especially,our conversation that we have while I am taking care of my business. Mr.Andy, shows professionalism to the upmost and is doing a phenomenal job! Always remember that I really appreciated those conversations and encouraging words .You are important to me as well my friend !! I must say that this location and the Supervisor Mrs.April and staffs are doing a phenomenal job always!! I highly recommend this location for your families and friends. Ms.Hill

PNC should be shuttered. You're better off buying an envelope and keeping your cash in it, as long as you can lock your home so these scammers don't pilfer more through illegal "fees".There are criminal organizations that engage in less egregious grift than these crooks.

I have an urgent issue and have now called this branch 5 times and no one has answered. They also have no voice mail. During the pandemic halfway decent customer service matters more than ever. Very disappointing.

This is about PNC in general. Not this branch specifically. But they are terrible for anything outside of the ordinary. Systems are down regularly, such was the case when I needed to wire money to close on my house. After an hour on the phone, they offered to overnight me a cashier's check as a solution. Ok, fine. I got home from my business trip on the morning of my closing. Guess what! No check. Why? Something about needing manager's approval or something on their end. But no heads up. No warning. Just didn't send it, despite knowing exactly why I needed it and why it was time sensitive. Inexcusably negligent.

Stop by PNC 650 Pennsylvania Branch today. I was trying to get a $2.00 refund. What I received was some excellent banking skills from Mr. Patrick Wanamaker (love the name). He took his time to explain what the issue is/was and assisted me in solving the problem, it was me. He was very patient. I did not have my glasses with me. He was kind enough not to take my coins and deposit in his account. I love a YOUNG smart, intelligent, healthy, wealthy don't mine helping a women, MAN. Seriously stop by and say hello to Mr. Wanamaker.

This is the most inconvenience of a banking experience I have had since Wells Fargo. This bank has told me through three separate people that I would have a check I deposited Saturday available to me That day and it went from that day to Monday for sure. Today is now Monday and I’m not seeing the money for me to take care of personal matters let alone gas to get to WORK!!. Now they tell me I have to wait tell Wednesday because it’s a new account. I am pissed no customer should ever have to experience this just because they are new the policy needs to be changed and the people should be trained all the same to give out correct information from the people answering phones to the people creating your account. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for anyone to go through!. I will not be referring anyone I know to this bank.
