I had been banking with PNC for awhile. Lately, I noticed they been running scams. Do not bank with PNC. The app or mobile banking is never correct especially on weekends or they say you have money in your account and then next your bank is overdrawn even using debt cards.
Then this branch is closing and why should I have to go to the one in Georgetown and I have switched banks for numerous problems with PNC.
Below are information on how to report them federally without having to just leave a complaint with PNC

I would give zero stars if I could. Highly unprofessional staff and bank manager. I would find any other location. The staff member Nagis is unprofessional, rude, arrogant and does not do simple withdrawal or deposits without interrogation on a personal level. She makes very misplaced comments even when i am doing my banking with one of her colleagues. The branch manager makes phone calls at home and make baseless accusations based on that Nagis. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I only went there because I live closeby and will make sure to go to other locations from now and let everyone I know how I was mistreated by Nagis supported the bankmanager Sandra Kamgia. Never experienced that in 40 years of banking with any other pnc branch. This location needs a complete staff makeover.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I think I had a teller by the name of Bailey help me out with an ATM issue and he went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. He was also incredibly kind in explaining the issues to me, and truly made it a 10/10 experience.

There are a few critical reviews of this PNC branch and I confess I had a bad attitude going in. A bank: arrogant, uncaring, something out of Dickens, inevitably. But the people working there were fine. Better than fine. I was helped right away (it was 3pm). The man took care of my slightly complicated needs quickly and efficiently. Ok, he wasn’t laughing at my lame jokes but that’s better than faux laughter. When he needed advice from the manager who was about to go on break, she gave the advice and stuck around as we talked about Greenlight, my kids’ allowance and debit card app. I don’t doubt that people have had bad experiences, but not today.

Terrible customer service. Darryl had me waiting for currency exchange for 15 minutes and then gave me red tape around why he would not exchange it for me. Rethinking my bank due to poor customer service.

The bank manager at this location provided me with the worst service I have ever received he called me by my first name and had me wait a hour and a half just to tell me that he needs my daughters signature for a check I deposited at a earlier date and when I called to find out who gave me the worst service he said it was me but it didn’t quite happen that way so on top of terrible service he also perceived it happening a different way I’m taking my money elsewhere

Don’t know if this is their structure or if i went on an off day, but there aren’t traditional “tellers” for getting you in and out with simple transactions, which means a long wait time for customer service with a banker

Lobby is clean. Tellers seem friendly. However, I would find another branch for your small business banking needs. I am not impressed with the branch manager.

Waiting on a representative who has been in the bathroom for 30+ mins. This is the worst banking experience ever.

Crazy how often this banks changes its terms of service. It used to be 15K in accounts gets you free checking, but without notice they now charge for it. Nice! BTW I still have a 35K car loan that I'm paying but I guess that doesn't count.

The people who work here are children with no customer service skills or common sense. Parys Black is an idiot who deserves to be fired. I have been a loyal PNC customer for nearly 20 years. Because of her I just changed banks. AVOID this location!

This used to be my favorite bank. The manager and I knew each other by first name. I had several accounts with them including business, but the company has lost its way. No longer is it about customer service. It's about complicated fine print and changing terms of service. After 12 years with this bank I'm going to close all my accounts and just deal with my local credit union and USAA.

This pnc bank is the worst I've been to. There is no reason why 4 customers should have to wait over 45 minutes to talk with a representative because the two people in the office are to lazy to come out and assist there clients. I was simply trying to get a cashiers check. The teller was helping a women who just opened up a bank account with pnc which takes forever especially when the customer has tones of questions. The two gentlemen saw that there was a line but refused to say anything to us. As a fairly new customer who's only been banking with PNC for less than a year. This is absolutely unexceptionable. I have been to many Rockville locations and received exceptional service.
