every time I order the blackened ranch with my food the lady never gives it to me every single time it’s ridiculous. I’ve been going there for about 3+ years and every single time I asked for a sauce or ranch. They never have it. Also, the drinks are never cold. They never put ice in the drinks.

If they see a customer, they run inside and they give priority to the customers who come to the restaurant and order there, if time permits. package maybe... and also it takes 10 minutes for the driver to find out whether the order is ready or not, if the order is not ready he waits another 20 minutes. The driver's earnings are already six $ 7, why should he wait (half an hour) and there is such a system there that they do not know that the package is there until the driver arrives After the driver tells them, they take the order from the machine, but there is no problem in the kitchen, the chicken is ready, the others are ready, it is ready in the box, they will just put it in it and give it to you, but they can't do it, maybe 30 minutes, I wonder if they think they do this for free, this is a completely amateur business services, that is, they keep the customer waiting with the customer's money. Food is horrible, food is undercooked, the customer service is not it. I was waiting outside til they open (the website say 10 am but the sign on the door say 10:30am) just to not be acknowledged. The man after me however got serviced. Rude and unprofessional. Would never go to get food there ever again

I ordered on the App and paid at the restaurant.. what I wanted they only had for delivery.. I think they just try to get you in the restaurant and then you're stuck and have to spend More money.. I didn't like that..
