I had had good experiences. Called today to schedule an appointment and they said the stylist left a note on my profile and I can’t make an appointment. Pretty awful way to treat someone, in my opinion. Definitely cannot recommend this salon as they apparently practice discrimination.

I am so happy with the service I received from Trinity! Her shampoo is so amazing, she gives you a whole head/neck message! I have curly hair which is hard to cut, but Trinity kills it! And my color OMG, she nailed the ashy blonde color I wanted perfectly!

It was easy to make an appointment within the same week. Jessica was great. She understood what I wanted and did a great job. Also you get a discount as a new customer which is a nice perk. They seem to have a good selection of products to buy onsite as well.

Just wanted to leave a review as a guy with short hair - Trinity absolutely KILLED it with my cut and beard. I do not have a thick beard, lol, but Trinity made it look sharp. And the haircut is amazing, she made it so that both when styled and otherwise, it looks intentional and presentable. Absolutely amazing, can't wait to go back!

Such an amazing experience. I had Elizabeth: her consultation, amicable personality, and results were all amazing! Atmosphere was nice too — you could tell they have loyal costumers. I would 100% recommend and come back! ☺️

I can't rave enough about my experience with Sandra! From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt welcomed and excited. Sandra is not just a fantastic colorist and stylist; she's a true artist. What I love most about her is her honesty—she genuinely wants you to look and feel your best, and it shows in every stroke of her brush and every snip of her scissors. My hair was originally blonde and I wanted to go back to dark brown, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! It looks so natural, like it was my own natural color. She takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, offering her expert advice with a smile that makes the whole experience so enjoyable.
You can tell she truly puts her heart into her work, and the results speak for themselves. I can't thank her enough for the time and effort she dedicated to making me feel fabulous! Trinity is wonderful! Always high quality haircuts, styling, and lovely conversation. I especially like how she knows how to cut waves/curly hair in a way that still looks good when I do it myself.

I would highly recommend Jessica. She was kind and walked me through every step. I have very curly hair which can be a hassle but she handled my hair with care. I am very satisfied with how my hair turned out and will be coming back!

Awful salon. Called for a curly hair cut and asked for a curl specialist. Found out after it was butchered that I wasn’t put with one. Was put with one, who mostly fixed it. When I went back months later she butchered it, didn’t listen, and cut it crookedly.
Went back to the other curl specialist who made it shorter…and still crooked.
I have 2b-3a combo hair. No one there can handle it. Don’t go.
ETA: I’ve since gone to another salon where the stylist was pretty shocked at how uneven it was. And that the face framing pieces I didn’t want were so bad and chunky. When I pointed this out to the last stylist I’d seen there, I was told it didn’t look bad to him. I just didn’t like it.
I can’t rec it for anyone other than the tightest most uniform curl pattern. Don’t go.

Great clean welcoming space, convenient near metro, super friendly staff, but my favorite of all and the reason I go there is my hair stylist Eric! He works his magic on my hair every time <3
