After reading the reviews I chose this location and am not disappointed! The front office staff has been amazing and communicative. The facility is very clean and well maintained. All other tenants have been very courteous. I’m thankful I made the right choice!

The staff at Public Storage South Capitol Street are terrific. They keep the facility clean and are always professional and helpful. They know their customers! Kudos to Clara and Donna in particular.

I love this storage facility. It's intuitive, clean, easy, parking is provided, great location!!! And It's really Carla and Donna for me!! They have the brightest spirits and help with any and everything. I look forward to seeing them when I go. They are the BEST!!
