Carla was an absolute gem! I am moving for the first time by myself and was a bit overwhelmed with the storage unit stuff. Not only did she go out of her way to explain everything to me, but she helped me even when it's by 'appointment only.' She is so sweet and patient, and gave amazing customer service. I hope public storage has more people like her!

They have rats, dont do it! Thier answer is thats why you have insurance... theres nithing we can do. Meanwhile they have upped the rental fees.

The price for small storage DOUBLED in less than 6 months. The office location on Bladensburg road is never staffed properly or not at all majority of the time. The customer service over the phone is poor. Extortion, Ineffective communication, poor upkeep. Trifling is an understatement.
