I regret using this place for storage. They do not send me billing statements via email, they do not provide a way to view them online, and after a year of being a customer I have to call them every time I go to pay my bill to review charges, and I can barely get anyone on the phone. The people who work there are helpful and great if you can get them on the phone, or when you see them in person, but the overall administration of this company is horrible. My rent has jumped from $98 a year ago to over $300. I am moving to another company that has fixed rates next month.

Do not use. Elevators are shut off outside office hours (so all day Sunday). Dollys are unavailable unless someone is in the office, which is rare even during business hours. Had my rent skyrocket when ownership changed from Public Storage to Self Storage Plus.

I definitely do not recommend this place to store your goods. I’ve been here for years, and there was an ownership change about a year ago that has caused the quality of service here to decline significantly. There are gnats because the place isn’t clean. Every time I visit my unit, there is trash in the common spaces. Today I noted the stairwell smells like urine, there’s no inspection certificate for the elevator, an open bag of trash was sitting in the walkway with gnats flying all around it, and the security gate isn’t working and is locked in the open position. The external dumpster area was also a mess.
When I asked the front desk attendant how long the gate had been stuck open, she said “a few days”, so the security of our items is questionable. I raised all the concerns I’ve noted above, and was told my concerns have been noted, but also that there’s nothing they can do about the dumpster issue, because the trash pickup left it that way, and there’s no way for them to enforce cleanliness within storage units. She noted that the facility is inspected and cleaned daily, but also that it’s not her job to pick up trash that she observes. My concern isn’t with whose job it is, but that the company and owners aren’t maintaining clean standards here. They’ll be losing my business, and I can’t recommend they gain any new business until these persistent issues are properly addressed.

The storage is a scam . The customer service people are the worrest . They don't have commen senses. They stolen people money by any means. I been s customer with small unit for about 1 year . I informed them to moving out end of August. When I come 2nd os September they asked me to pay the full month of September. Other wise they are not unlocked me. I am telling people it is my real experience don't go to this place .

I highly recommend this location! The team here is awesome. Carl is so kind. He walked me through all of the possible unit sizes and hellped me make the best decision.
The buildings are clean and very well maintained and there is more than sufficient security and rhe location is vwry convenient.

Incredible financing options, since they offer month-to-month options. The service is stellar! Diamond is an expert client service professional! She fielded all of our questions, greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. She troubleshooted our password. All in all, Diamond was just fantastic and we will recommend all of our friends and family to seek the services of Self Storage Plus thanks to Diamond!

Signing up online took less than 5 minutes. I received access to my unit the same day, only a few hours later. The units here are clean and easy to navigate. Diamond at the front desk was helpful, kind, and able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend using their services!

I reserved a storage unit online and between the time I reserved and came in, it was under new ownership! There were a couple of snags with this, but overall, things have been smooth now.
My only annoyance is that you can only use the flat bed carts when the office is open! There is a sign up now that says this is because people are keeping the carts in their storage unit, but it is still annoying.
Staff I have encountered have been kind, but other than needing a cart and first getting into my unit, I haven't needed much.
