My husband loves Ralph Lauren; he has spent thousands of dollars in clothing from Ralph Lauren. At this store, he has been spoken down to and treated disrespectfully when asked to be attended to in the fitting room. The rub could be is that he is learning English and takes a moment to put his thoughts together; however, this should not be a problem. The staff here lack respect and patience and do not follow the number one rule of customer service. He would love to spend his money, but the staff has made his multiple shopping experiences to this beautiful location less than satisfactory. Multiple shopping trips with super rude salespersons. Super disappointed. We will take our business to Tyson’s even though we live 5 minutes away.

Im not surprised by the previous review. I bought a blue dress this week. No one approached me until they knew i was definitely buying something. They all seemed unfriendly and the police man was also extremely serious.they also dod not advertise their sale. I did not know the dress was discounted until i went to purchase. I did not like the buying experience. I will stick to Bloomingdale’s, nordstrom and saks where I'm treated well and not judged.

I don’t leave reviews often but I literally left this store in tears. My grandmother and I shopped with Abrahim and ended up returning the items. When I came in to return the dress (my grandma had returned the other items) Abrahim proceeded to become visibly upset. He asked what was wrong with me and told me that I had “waisted his time” the day before. I understand it’s disappointing to lose commission. I was a sales associate at a high end boutique. It’s part of the job and you move on. I would never in my right mind verbally abuse, guilt trip a costumer for making a return.The manager apologized and I literally left crying. The funny part is that my grandmother was going to send him a check for his commission as a thank you for helping him. We will not be doing that or stepping foot in this store again.

As a fan of Ralph Lauren and customer since the 1980s it’s a bummer that the staff working here don’t represent the high levels of excellence Ralph Lauren is known for.I had a miserable experience here by being ignored despite pleas for help and was patient to the point of fault. Normally I would chalk it up to bad luck or a bad day but asking around Georgetown I’ve heard similar horror stories.Hope RL corporate gets the message and addresses this as it’s damaging to their brand.Ralph Lauren deserves better.

Very bad service when calling this store. I was trying to fin a specific item and the representative left me on Hold for 20 minutes and then when I called back He said He don’t know what I’m talking about, He said I talked to another person. Also He told me He couldn’t find the item and that I had to provide name instead of ID, that sounds ridiculous. Again very bad service, waste of time calling this store to get a link to buy a product.

I have a favorable appreciation for the Ralph Lauren brand; however, my experience at this particular location was subpar. Upon entering the store on a quiet Wednesday morning, I roamed the premises discreetly. While I am open to not being greeted immediately, the apparent dismissive demeanor of the employees was disconcerting. It's plausible that my choice of gym attire was a factor, although shopping right before my workout was unplanned. Nevertheless, as a customer, I expected a level of courtesy.Observing other patrons receive greetings upon entry, I eventually received acknowledgment after selecting a few items. During my interaction with an associate regarding a sweater, the tailor interrupted, prioritizing another customer. This left me feeling either undervalued or perceived as lacking the status to shop there. Despite making purchases, the overall treatment dissuades my return to this store, and I may even reconsider my association with the Ralph Lauren brand for a while.

Staff is extremely rude and dismissive. I came in to ask about a specific shirt, and the employee gave me attitude as if I was inconveniencing him, probably because I am young. They didn’t have the exact shirt, so I asked if they could order it for me, and he said no (which I know is a lie because I saw it on the website before I came to the store). I’ve been in this store before and the staff has acted nasty and poorly in the same way. Don’t be disrespectful and judgmental towards your customers, because you never know who you are talking to. I will never be purchasing anything from this store again.

Nice place. The staff is mainly friendly to their familiar clientele but they don’t know that there are others that are serious about purchasing even if they’re not a regular. I don’t go into high ends stores unless I know I’m serious about purchasing something

Great products and awesome service. Shaquita Jones, in particular, served me very well, assisting me in tailoring and returning products purchased online. She was professional, considerate, and friendly. It is a store that exudes luxury and quality, and I had a generally warm experience visiting there.

What in heaven is the point of having a greeter if she's rude or maybe elitist snob, if not a misandrist?Aside from this, i did see the they have a shaped version of classic polo. I think the brand is overall doomed as they try to reach and promote a different audience.

Nice staff. Interior smells of linen and fine leathers and...natural gas?! I've noticed this on several visits recently. Property mgmt./owner please ensure employee well-being and take care of this ASAP.
