I had a really good experience with Recovery 1 Towing today. I was unfortunately broke down in DC and had to be towed all the way to Baltimore. To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He updated me constantly on his whereabouts before his arrival, and once on call, proceeded to quickly get me across town. You can tell these guys are all about good business. A+++++ Will definitely use again. Good job Malachi!

My experience with Recovery Towing was beyond exceptional. From the moment I called yesterday about towing services for my vehicle, the gentleman I can’t recall his name but he was very informative about the services and rates which by the way was more affordable than other towing companies that I called prior. Also the driver was very friendly and informative, he called a few times for eta and although the instructions I gave him to where the vehicle was located he understood exactly where it was and loaded the vehicle efficiently and effectively. I didn’t ask the driver for his name but last name is Wheeler. I loved his professionalism and asked me the name of the person who would be waiting for my vehicle which was my mechanic. I recommend this towing company 1000 times to anyone who wants a towing service or any other car service call them you won’t be disappointed. Also they accept zelle/cash/cards another bonus as some people don’t carry cash! Thank you once again Mr. Wheeler for taking my vehicle to its destination I would definitely service with them again in the future :)

Legit and well mannered. Took me to a charging station and all because I had an electric vehicle. 🙃Gave me help and advice as if I was apart of their family. Can’t go wrong with them and I mean that. Even the price was better than all over company’s I called that same day.

The process was simple regarding the release of the car. An employee was able to follow me while I delivered a rental back to enterprise and I brought him back.

Great experience when dealing with a negative one (broken into car). They were able to diagnose the issue with my car not starting due to the break in, sent a locksmith, and ordered/replaced my window all within 12 hours of the break in. Hopefully we never deal with a break in again but would definitely go back to Recover1 Towing!

I requested a tow, and within an hour the driver was at my home. He was courteous, efficient, and most importantly professional. My trip was about a 35 to 40 minute ride, from MD to VA. I will certainly use Recovery 1 Towing again, for services needed in the future.
