The negative comments about the workers being “rude” “arrogant” confirmed I needed to stop by but everyone there was chill and helpful. Nice designer that’s nicely priced

I have conducted business at REÐDZ a few times. Unfair and greedy with how much $$$ given. I was given $10 for an item and came back to find it priced at $40. Also be careful of their cleanliness. The st I re in Bethesda smells like "OLD DIRTY CLOTHES"!!! A Consignment shop SHOULD NOT smell like that. I would suspect that smell in a THRIFT STORE. Especially with the prices they ask for. These people are GREEDY PREDATORS. Peace. I gave (1) STAR to write this review.

The store is very well organized and the employees seem nice, but the selection is giving 2008. Obviously the merchandise is used, and they are clearly staying open, but I think the majority of people would pass this up.

Sadly the attention of the personnel was very undesired with attitude (rude, arrogant, belittling) towards possible client- not only to me but others around. This is not a very welcoming at all. And after 1 1/2 wait they didn't quote anything with reason “not in season” when products was luxury brand and dresses from summer/fall/spring seasons as well as shoes.I am not upset that things wasn’t quoted, but YeS with service.Would not recommend or change attitude of employees. Thanks to clients the store exists.

I stopped by to sell some clothes. The attitude of both workers were very rude since I arrived, and I saw same attitude with other clients. I was asked to wait for 1 hour, they didn’t even had a quick look at my stuff. When I came back they just returned my bag saying they don’t want anything because they are “out of season”. I don’t recommend this place, don’t waste your time

Honestly I had a great experience here but I also have a lower bar for consignment stores since I don’t typically sell to them that often. I came here just as a shopper and walked away with many quality items (a couple were even new with tags) for under $300 with pieces from brands like Sandro, Maje, and Reiss. That said you definitely have to do some digging and devote time to finding items but you can still get a good deal.

Cool store, the stuff is a bit pricey but sort of expected for DC, especially Georgetown. I saw some cute pieces but honestly the gripe I had was everything seemed to be in smaller sizes, like 6 and under, and nothing for us midsize girls. But they have a nice variety of items, I would stop back in if I was in the neighborhood

I went to the store today to look for some shirts . I saw a specific shirt , and asked the salesperson for the price . She basically scolded me , looking at me from head to toe , as if I weren't able to make the purchase . I tried the shirt on , and decided to buy it . This same salesperson was at the counter talking to someone else , and made me wait 15 min to pay for my item . No thank yous , no please come back ... And my item was quite expensive ! I feel that I was treated as a second class citizen . I won't go back there !

Ok, thank goodness Georgetown still has a second hand/thrift/consignment shop to off-set the ridiculously trendy, corporate, and expensive shopping options in G-town. The stores layout is great, with shoes in the front and designer bags on the back (I always shop back to front of store), and clothes everywhere between. The designer bags were nicely displayed in a cases. There were definitely done clothing items that were damaged to the degree that they should not have been on the floor, but I found 3 nice linen pieces ready for the hot months ahead. One suggestion is that there should be some sort of infuser with a mild fragrance to offset the smell of unlaundered second hand clothes. Other than that, I will definitely be back because they had done great brands for super discounted prices!
