Went here 2 weeks ago for a gel pedicure and gel fill-in—never again. This place is far from hygienic or efficient.
I started with a pedicure and requested a French style with a solid baby pink base, not sheer. The tech kept trying to talk me into sheer pink because “it’s more common.” News flash: I’m not like everybody else, and I came here for the service I want. As a 30+ woman who’s been getting my nails and feet done since age 15, I know exactly what I like—no input required.
After my pedicure, I waited 15 minutes for my gel fill-in, having been told I was next. I then watched a walk-in take my spot. While I was waiting, another woman was voicing her dissatisfaction with her birthday hot pink French acrylic fill-in, and instead of fixing it, the staff acted like she was the problem. Hearing her experience soured mine even more.
I decided to just pay for my pedicure and leave. The entire vibe was dysfunctional, and the staff seemed passive-aggressive if you didn’t choose what they wanted to give you—as if you’re not the one paying. On top of that, I saw the same pedicure bowl cover used for two different people.
Yeah… I’m never coming back.

The best place in the city for all of your nail and waxing needs. Andy and Kim are amazing at their craft and they never disappoint. There’s nothing they can’t do.

I stopped in on a whim when I was in the neighborhood and got the best manicure I’ve had in a while! The color selection is great and my nails look incredible.

I honestly don’t understand how this nail salon is still in business given the way they operate. I went in last Friday to get my nails done, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician doing my nails didn’t use a fan, barely put any effort into the service, and was incredibly careless. By Saturday night, the polish was already peeling off.
I returned today to have the polish removed, and the man who helped me began repainting my nails without even fully removing the previous color. When I got home, I could still see red nail polish left on my nails. On top of that, the staff treats customers rudely, which is completely unacceptable. I won’t be going back.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon! Kim did an amazing job on my nails—she was detail-oriented, gentle, and made sure I was completely happy with the result. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend booking with Kim!
