Terrible experience. My insurance went up significantly without any changes on my end. Called to talk to someone and left a voicemail. Couple days later someone reached out via email and asked for convenient times to talk. I responded and didn’t hear back. Followed up and again didn’t hear back. This isn’t the first time this has happened…terrible customer service and I’ve been a customer for many years. Will need to start looking for a different company.

If I could leave negative stars I would- I have been trying to cancel my renter's policy for months and Rudy and team don't answer the phone or respond to emails- they keep charging me though. I finally canceled auto payments so maybe they will reach out when they see I am no longer paying. I have been trying to contact them and All State in general for a refund of payment for the months I have been trying to cancel. I either get no response or transferred and eventually hung up on. DO NOT TRUST this agency. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCAMMERS!Maybe they will see this review and respond. I have a paper trail so happy to discuss whenever you feel like valuing your customers.

Rudy Alston's Allstate has been insuring my cars since I first got my DL at 21 years old.I'm currently 37 yrs old. Their office has been providing EXCELLENT service to me for over 16 years!!!!

Yahea Nabulsi told me about this great Allstate agent that pays $50 dollars a referral for Maryland clients I knew that this was a great businessman because the state of MD only allows $25 he must be twice as good as the others

Response: I’ve left several messages for you @rudyalston. In addition your sales associate was dodging my calls which I also have evidence. Yes it was due to non payment after I was hit with a extremely large bill due to paper work that was not sent to your company by the finance company but this was no fault of my own! I’ve left you an email, I’ve tried calling. Aaron Continuously lied to me and said he would call me and was and he didn’t.. all I asked was for a phone call. It was that simple. Like I said you guys should be thankful I can’t post screenshots of my conversation with Aaron on this review or I wouldThe worst agency I have ever dealt with. It started off positive but my agent AARON SAVAGE Ghosted me I attempted to speak with folks in the office who tried to be helpful but Aaron dodged my calls I request a call from Rudy to no prevail. When they don’t want to speak with you they just ignore you instead of dealing with the customer and addressing any concerns the better option seemed like not replying was okay. I have text messages and will likely be pursuing legal action.

Complete and total scam/fraud agency. Rudy the agent owner said I can get 50$ a referral in cash. I sent him customers and he never paid me. Said that he didn’t want to send it cia cash app or zelle but would want to meet up. Then ghosted me when I asked for a location. All my customers I sent complain that he signed them up for policies they never agreed to. I am amazed Allstate represents him. He is a fraud! Stay away at all costs.

The team at this office made sure i was taken care of. My car was totalled loss and the and my 30days were up on my rental, I was having aa bad experience with the people who just read the screen. lets just say i contacted my Agent Rudy Alston from the DC Office in N.E. I than received a call from Kia who went into overtime and above and beyond her duty to ensure that Allstate lived up to its slogan, ARE YOU IN GOOD HANDS. I am so very happy and prod to have Rudy Alston as my agent. If you're thinking about going with Allstate, I would suggest Rudy Alston team.

I have not been able to get into contact with anyone at this agency no matter if it’s via phone, text or email. I have not heard anyones voice since I was signed up back in August. It is extremely frustrating to deal with an agency that prides itself with slogans like “you’re in good hands” and yet there are zero hands in sight. Why is it so difficult to speak to a human here???????? 0 stars if I could. Two of my rescue tows also NEVER showed up - the app said they were on the way but again, no way of contacting anyone and no help every came. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

I got all my 4 honda 2018 tires and rims stole in august 13 2021 this agent Rudy Alston ||| did nothing to get my claim moving i had to call cooperate even now its November 17 2021 and my claim is stil open. If u go to Eastern motors to get a car if they recommend him please don’t. He is so incompetent. I had to end up buying tires and rims so i can go back and forth to work. If I did my car would still be looking like it is in the pictures till to this day.

First let me start off by saying that I was not asked to do this, I legitimately have been treated with service so great I had to reach out to Rudy to find out how I could show my appreciation through a review.Kia Toye, has by far given me the best customer service I’ve ever received. (Well besides that one time I went to New Orleans, and because it was my first flight ever, the attendant gave me a free upgrade to first class. Sorry Kia cant top that. :) From follow ups, to 20,30,40 minute phone calls breaking down my policy in a way that I can understand; Helping me understand deadlines and processes, I remember one time I was very very busy at work and in the Span of maybe a hour I either had to hand up and call back or put Kia 2 - 5 minute holds. Every time I called back or jumped back on the line all I would hear from Kia is. “Don’t worry take your time Mr. Smith, while you were away I was able to check on your issue and......” I can go on and on you get the picture #goat.PS. As you can see from the review I like to talk a lot sometimes hahahahaDevon
