Not sure why current reviews are so bad. I have only had the best experiences at this pharmacy especially in the last few months. Each head pharmacist is thorough, capable and friendly. I've gone there for shots, prescriptions etc. - even if you get there 10 minutes before close, they'll offer excellent customer service.
Thoroughly recommend this location.

Consistently slow, out of (common) prescriptions, and rude pharmacists. They legitimately got mad that I pressed "skip" on their survey when they asked me to give them a 10 (despite consistently having negative experiences here). I will be changing pharmacies shortly

I've called TWICE this morning. The 1st time, they picked up the phone and then cut me off even before they said hello. The second time, the phone rang for 8 (EIGHT) minutes before I was told that the connection wouldn't go through. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I made an appointment online for my flu shot and COVID shot for today (October 15, 3023) at 1:30p. I arrived at 1:30p and I am still sitting here waiting to be seen (2:16p). Seriously?! Unbelievable! This so-called pharmacist blatantly denies any record of my scheduled appointment! And as if that wasn't infuriating enough, she has the audacity to make me wait, justifying her incompetence with some half-baked excuse about tending to 'sick patients'! Outrageous!I've had all my COVID shots at this particular location and never ever had any issues. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this pharmacy.

After the pharmacy manager Deanna left, the pharmacy service has gone down hill. The new Pharmacy manger hangs up the phone when dealing with upset customers which happens when prescriptions are not filled on time. While in person, she will say “ this conversation is over” when she becomes frustrated. We have had our prescriptions filled there for the last 30 years.

New head pharmacist should be fired. Had a disagreement with her, Sandra,aka Essey on 9/7. She did not like that I asked questions which she would not answer. Now, on 9/8, I am trying to get a prescription filled for antibiotic for painfulear infection. Prescription was sent on 9/7. Have called the pharmacy many, many times over last 24 hrs. Calls not answered. Spoke to Maureen, cust. service several times and she went to see what was going on because pharmacy was not answering phone. Maureen finally told me Essey has not filled my prescription. Maureen would not tell me why. Hinted was because Essey did not want to fill MY prescription! She is being vengeful because of our argument. Essey should not be working as a pharmacist ANYWHERE!! I need the prescription to treat a very painful ear infection. HELP
