It’s a Safeway. They have almost everything you could possibly need including Starbucks! They are open 6 am to midnight every day. The staff there is okay overall. There are some really fantastic employees that go out of their way to help you with a smile on their face the whole time and then there are those that make you wonder how they ever got a customer facing job. The shelves are almost always properly stocked and it’s rare you will find them completely out of something. The store is relatively clean and well organized. Prices are inline with other big box grocery stores and they constantly have deals via coupons and their app. Crime is a problem at this store as are the homeless beggars at the front door. The store has tried implementing theft deterrent systems by installing gates and hiring security. However security mostly stands around staring at their phones and the security gates appear to be a minor obstacle for the kids walking out with whatever they want. Again, the store is trying to minimize theft, but it appears to be a losing battle at this point.

This Safeway does not stock decent size rib eye steaks. They are paper thin. If you want a decent cut, you have to go to the butcher.

I give it zero stars! I ordered 3 trays of sandwiches for a Christmas Eve/birthday party. I ordered them a week in advance. I received an email confirmation to pick them up at 2 on Christmas Eve, the day of the event. I get there and they are clueless! They don’t have any sandwiches made and simply said they couldn’t make them, maybe they wanted to go smoke in the parking garage with the other 2 employees I passed by that were smoking cigarettes, right by the door. They couldn’t even handle an 8 piece of chicken and was trying to go back and forth with a lady over it. The dudes in the deli department are incompetent, they could’ve fixed the issue. The manager that was on duty 12/24/24 @2:00 pm is incompetent, they could’ve fixed the issue. The manager refused to come speak to me about it despite being called to the front several times by another incompetent employee that wouldn’t give me the manager’s name. I asked an employee for the managers name and he only kept saying Solice or Salice! Is the manager Prince?! He only has one name!? I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW NO ONE CARED AT ALL!! I ordered 60 sandwiches from POTBELLY and they were ready with only a 2 hour notice. Again, management never came to address this situation

I have been waiting for more than half an hour for someone to help me buy two helium birthday balloons!!! I told customer service, she only said that she had already called but nothing ! What a waste of time, I would not go back

Sharron was the sweetest cashier I've ever met!!! She walked me through how to use the Safeway app and made sure I get every discount available. It was almost touching to receive such a hospitality and smile. She totally made my day, thank you Sharron!!

Absolutely terrible location. I visit this location often as I live in the area so trust me you’re better off going to a Giant or Lidl. I visited this location today and after completing my grocery purchase, I asked an employee to use the restroom. The male employee seemed annoyed that I was even asking and then says “I think it’s by the flower shop.”I go over to the flower shop and find the bathroom with no help from the employee and am met with a keypad at the door. If the bathroom required a keycode, perhaps that is something the employee could have shared with me before I went over searching for it. I wait by the bathroom for 15 minutes but no one comes to give me a code or open the door. As a former retail manager, I would assume the employee I asked for directions to the restroom would inform the appropriate colleage to assist me with gaining access to the bathroom but that was not done. When I returned to that same employee, because no other employees were on the floor, I asked for a manager and was told “If he’s still here he’s in his office.” As a customer I would not know where the manager’s office would be and the employee I spoke with was clearly not interested in being helpful at all. Spend your money at another location that can actually be bothered to care. This one does not and it shows.
