Never go to the deli /food place the young black girl in there is rude , she sees you standing there doesn’t ask if you need help / or anything.. you asked to be helped and they ignore you, she has a terrible attitude like she hates her life and working there. Safeway Managers needs to hire people who want to work not lazy Fcks .

No spare carts outside to be used. You'll have to stand and wait for one. Bakery didn't have cake box. Long term employees whom work therefore sometime. New ones you can tell clearly. They're just there. Vast improvement, improvement in every area in the store. All improvement, makes it easy to sometimes except high prices.

I ? have a Question:Why do we as Customers have to Check if the sale price is automated in the cashier's system? I have two (2) items that did not match pricing on my receipt. I was disappointed to find out once I got home - the difference. Once I called the store (it was pouring down raining) lwas told I would have to come back. I had to say oh well thats $4 they can have. Safeway has to do BETTE With internal discount pricing.

I will preface and say that the prices at Safeway are hiiiiigh. I try not to spend too much but it seems to be in possible! Especially when you're trying to buy healthier food options. Overall, this location has been consistent with having many of the items that I need in stock. The staff members are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. And now for the good part.... I want to specifically highlight both Ms. Kelly and Ms. Lenee for their amazing customer service! I was at the store yesterday and while I was placing items on the belt, I dropped a container of watermelon. How embarrassing! They were extremely nice about and Ms. Kelly calmed me down (because I get anxious at times) and helped clean the area as well as bag my fruits securely so the new containers wouldn't open or spill. It's always amazing to run into people who are kind, nurturing and just overall great people. For that I'm forever grateful.

Today was shopping with my sleeping baby. Check out person screamed and it scared him awake. ?Got to the car where the ribs container from the deli opened spilling over myself and the baby?Please use regular voice levels and wrap the deli containers TIGHT!

Update- The manager contacted me and offered a refund to try something else. I'm gonna give the plain fried chicken a try. 4 stars for his customer service and Facebook Messenger reps customer service. Thank you

The store allows dogs to be in the shopping carts. Called Corporate Office and clearly they don't care because no one from the store called me back. This is the exact reason why I stop shopping at this store. Poor customer service and high prices must be the new normal

Amazing staff! Well stocked. I have to give praise to Kleve. He is an amazing worker and the reason I will come back to this store. Excellent place to go shop. Everyone should go here.

Ordinary grocery stores smell wonderful—like fresh food and produce. This place smells like cat hair and urine.Upon entering the store, I had an allergic reaction to the cat hair (which is spread over the entirety of the store for some reason) and could barely breathe. It subsided as soon as I left the store. Will be avoiding like the plague in the future for the sake of my health.

My delivery #68846986 on 08/13/23 by Door Dash was awful. The delivery man spoke Spanish, had a hard time understanding anything I w as asking him. He answered in Spanish. I asked him if he spoke English he answered that also in Spanish He might have been on the phone the entire delivery because he was constantly talking even when I was not asking anything. The last delivery person from Door Dash was no problem at all.

This store literally stinks, notwithstanding their acceptable customer service. A staunch urine scent hits you right at the door, I almost lost my lunch while, ironically, going to this store to get my lunch.Again, CS is fine but that stench…and the staff looks used to the smell! I guess if you stay in a stinky situation long enough you can’t smell it anymore LOL!Safeway…PLEASE GIVE YOUR ENTIRE STORE A BATH!!!
