Not helpful at all. I understand employing everyone equally, but good phone etiquette is mandatory!! Please train your workers, they aren't talking to their children or their frends!!

This place is a scam, they refuse to pick up the phone, but want you to donate... if they can't pick up and answer general inquiries, because their numbers are not even updated and their area command also refuses to pick up the phone, from their 7 different options, then why on earth should anybody trust that this place is not corrupt. I have seen them constantly just sitting there ignoring the phone or chatting with people, they along with catholic charities and the homeless coalition actively guide in their corporate meetings to ultimately force people to show up in person, so that they can all be "part of the experience" and they always have something "broken" despite the massive donations given, so that you can see the place in disrepair and feel bad. All that this place is, is a manipulative ploy for your money using the business of human trafficking to supplement that. It's pathetic, try calling for weeks, all locations, all shelters, zero people pick up, but you can clearly see people there in their offices, it's the corporate lazy people, the shadowy people who are all on salary but are never seen by the homeless people themselves, it's just friends of friends of friends of the CEO, and your donations are funding their laziness.
