So to pick up gifts you have to be driving only what about the ones that don’t drive and have to ride share or metro access or transportation I need answers because I will be picking up the gifts and I don’t drive?

I usually have a nice experience here, but not this time. The receptionist was quite nasty and disappointing. She was abrupt and very unfriendly.
