A close friend had recommended Ms. Del Casale and Sandy Spring to me as a prospective lender. I had three email exchanges with her and then she ghosted me. It was a waste of time and effort...there's tons of other lenders out there who will put in the time and effort with you.

Completely incompetent. Online banking system looks and feels like it's from the 1980s. Poor customer service and no one knows what they're doing. I have no idea how they're still in business.

is there any secret the bank not post the telephone number? I need to call 800 number again and again, then transfer to wrong branches, sick!
