“Some of these reviews must have been written by the big banks because this credit union is awesome. Yes, they do have an app and I've been using it for depositing checks for many years. Their customer service is great. Top notch. When you consider that these are college students, I would rate this CU a 10. I've been banking here since I was a student and let's just say that some decades have past since then. I always end up coming back. Tried the big banks and always end up closing those accounts to go back to the CU!”

“The Friendship Heights branch is on top of it, I had a fantastic experience. At first, the manager Michelle relocated a few employees to the teller counter in order to expedite the line which was forming. Very considerate. Isaiah helped me throughout the whole process, assisting me in ordering a new card. Unfortunately, we ran into multiple technical difficulties which prolonged my stay at the branch. Each employee recognized the inconvenience it was and eagerly offered help to diagnose and fix the problem. I felt cared for, understood, and prioritized. Isaiah is not only professional, he is a friendly and energetic employee to engage with. I hope Isaiah, Michelle, and every other employee who helped me will receive the credit they deserve for performing their roles with such care and dedication!”
