They should have atleast updated the relocated address or somebody who found the address should have posted it. It took me 2 hours literally to find the new relocated address. Updating it here and hoping to save somebody’s time next time. When I reached today by 3pm none of them were available in the suite and seems to be closed but official working hours are 9-5pm and I know its a working day for them too. There is no POC or number to reach them so plan early day and make a visit. Hope this helps. And for people working here in SBI first and foremost duty of people working is to keep the address up-to-date. The customer care representative is still not updated with new address. State bank of India Washington DC branch , they have shifted from their given address on website , it’s now more than a month they have not updated their new address and telephone numbers , still the phone number of retired persons number is displayed on website . We walk more than one hour in search of new address. They have not put a simple notice on old premises of new address. I don’t understand why so much inefficiency.

Actually went to google maps address and got to know relocated to another place. later when i have called to SBI Representative over the phone got new address. Actually they gave an appointment to meet them. It was fine with Bank representative helped to verify my documents and suggested to check with local branch whether the documents are sufficient or not. Overall I’d say they should update latest address in goggle maps, it will be easy for everyone who is visiting foreign SBI Branch.

I don't like It at all . First they're not providing phone # i drew 2 hours and they are closed they moved somewhere but no one knows where Called tallfree number asked for phone number to branch but they don't know ask where they moved person hung up the phone.

I must admit that my dad and I had a great experience at this SBI branch. Mrs Dhawan was extremely helpful. Very polite and patient staff. I will definitely recommend having an appointment to meet her and get your work done its just to avoid crowd in the branch..

Claims to be open. Drove an hour and a half to get here. Not open. Appears to be permanently closed.
