Tanya was such amazing manager with helping us during the rental. She has great customer service skils and really cares about the tenants and helping with whatever needed. She was not only helpful with our new rental but she was also multitasking with other customers in the store with payments as well as her phone ringing.
I appreciate her and look forward to being a new tenant here at Store Space on Blair Rd 😀

These Clowns just got bought by a new company and they didn't Alert anyone! If you have any belongings in this building CALL THEM NOW WITH THE NUMBER ON GOOGLE! Make sure you put your Unit on auto pay and update all your information! They purposely didn't alert anyone even though they have everyone's email, phone numbers, and payment history.

Great customer service pretty nice storage place. Just make sure you get a unit on the second floor. The first floor had mice last time we had one on that floor.

We have been so impressed by this place. Especially with our encounters with the always patient, professional, lovely and on point manager Shaye Spell. There seems to be many moving parts and challenges in navigating, balancing and taking care of everything and everybody and she handles it all with such thoroughness, professionalism and grace. Grateful for her expertise and energy. And the space is very accessible, clean, organized, safe and they don't confuse you or surprise you with rate changes or any fees or gotcha changes or charges in the fine print. Thank you Ms. Spell and all involved in alleviating what could potentially be very emotional and stressful (when storing and dealing with deceased family members things, etc. ) and making the experience of storing/moving/packing/repacking possible and even pleasant. We are so very grateful!

Secure Self Storage is a wonderful place to store valuables, and other artifacts that you may not have space for in your immediate home. My dad, Vincent Brown and I went today to lease a space. The facility was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Nich, the assistant property manager, was incredibly helpful. Her customer service was stellar. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. I highly recommend Secure Self Storage for all your storage needs.
