Scottie went over and above expectations to ensure my sons valuables were secured in his storage unit. Trying to coordinate a move as well as storage remotely from another city was a challenge in and of itself, but thanks to his assistance he spared me of one less headache.

Diamond the manager at this location was very professional, quick and efficient. She was also very knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had regarding my new storage unit. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure she provided top notch customer service. I would highly recommend this self storage plus location.

Diamond has excellent customer service skills, she was able to show me multiple units to help my moving process much easy, and gave a little info card, if I have any questions! Definitely will recommend

During my visit at the property to ger a storage unit, while I was touring the property, me and the young lady was walking the gate and a bird pooped on me. I looked down on the ground and it's filled with bird poop so disgusting, I decided not to get the unit and take my business next door. This is very unsanitary.

I have been a customer here since the beginning. Everything here has been great until this latest batch on rate increases. Nikki and Diamond are the best. This is ridiculous I have always been able to talk to someone in the office but not this time. The claim is that is maintenance fees. But all I see is bird poop and netting that doesn't work.

Diamond is a very nice and very informative , I was trying to get a unit for my niece , who is going on spring break, and Diamond answered all my questions. She's so wonderful, the only problem I seen was the excessive bird poop on the property.

My experience is always a 10 when I go to this location. Diamond is an amazing person to talk to, when I have questions, she knows how to answer them, she’s a very professional individual. I never have an issue! Great location!!
