Simon is one of a kind and very knowledgeable in towing cars out of difficult locations - such as a parking garage with low clearance. He knew exactly what was needed and got the job done, informing me throughout the process. Simon and his company did what 7 other towing companies could not in DC. Rude don’t recommend I called to get my car towed,he put me on hold for ten minutes while have a personal conversation in another language laughing and joking while I’m constantly saying hello and trying to receive service…Place is horrible and need a overhaul!
