I truly do despise coming to this location, but the next closest one to me is Pentagon City which is not idle in my commute going home for work, but seemingly like I have no other choice . I desperately needed to restock my shampoo, along with other things that I will wait to order online. But I needed to wash my hair so I did an online order pickup as itās on my way home for work. As you can see in the photo, I received my $30 shampoo I bought what appears to hopefully be a dye stain, and not blood from what I am looking at in person, along with hairs and dust on the container. Now I have had some unpleasant experiences with this specific location in the past (being followed around by security with no one to offer me any help, while I waited to be helped with a separate order pickup) but this BY FAR takes the cake. Iām not sure if this location needs new management, some better training, or to be shut down all togetherā¦.but this is ridiculous.

They certainly have a lot of products in stock but for purchases worth ā¬150 I didn't get any samples or goodies, I was very surprised by that... it's a shame

Iāve bought stuff with over 350$ and the shop didnāt have any giveaways nor product samples to give as a gift!
Although I realized that they do sell these product samples in other places

Worst experience I have had at a Sephora. This employee was so rude and disgusting. I was just picking up an order of Pattern Shampoo and Conditioner. I asked her for assistance and she barks at me, looks me up and down then proceeds to pretend she doesnt see me.
I ended up searching around the store for someone else.
Noone is asking for you to bend over backwards but being a decent human instead of degrading a customer is very nasty and shouldnt be acceptable for a person working in an industry that values customer interaction.

Bad experience again at Sephora. Sephora store employees are rude and pushy about collecting your personal phone numbers and emails. Most companies sell customers' personal information for profit. However, providing personal information should be voluntary.

I had the most appalling and disrespectful experience at this Sephora. When my sister and I entered, we were neither greeted nor offered any assistance. However, a staff member found it appropriate to follow my sister around the store, treating her as if she were a potential thief. I observed that other customers were greeted and assisted without hesitation, making it painfully clear that we were being racially profiled. This blatant discrimination was both infuriating and unacceptable. We left the store empty-handed, out of sheer frustration and disbelief.
When I called to address the issue with the store manager, I was met with an equally disgraceful attitude. The manager offered no apology, instead responding with a condescending tone and dismissive remarks.
Avoid this Sephora at all costs. The behavior here is not just unacceptableāit's revolting. This store needs to do much better. They need a new store manager and need to replace Ida djabatey is her name.

Donāt bother wasting your time here. I have never been in a Sephora, where the entire staff could not be bothered to help anyone. And at the time, there was only one customer in the store. The staff were too busy looking at their phones or talking to each other to offer help. After 10 minutes of not finding what I needed, I ended up just walking out and went down to macys to purchase what I needed. I was very surprised and disappointed.

Erica was amazing!!! Give her all the praise, she was beyond helpful, giving me personalized recommendations, answering all of my questions, running around the store with me, and just getting me excited about make-up again! Will definitely come back to this location just for Erica!
