The 2 staff were so helpful and nice. I asked for help to choose the color shade for bronzer. She picked the nice shade and I love it! I was able to buy it. :)And btw she noticed my hearing aid but she didn’t asked me if im deaf or hard of hearing. She went sign quickly but i told her I don’t sign but I can lipreading her. She apologized but i said no its okay! You are very thoughtful! Don’t worry about it! Im so grateful to have someone who knows well. ❤️ big salute to her! This is second time i went to sephora but i went to Alexandria on the same day. They didn’t have color shade there thats why i went to a different branch.

I had the worse customer service experience from this Sephora, the young lady who rung me up, didn’t give me a bag for my product I purchased, nor did she place my receipt or my product in my hand, she sat it on the counter. And then gave me a bag to put my own products in, and I asked her about putting it in a bag for me, she looked at me like I was crazy. I didn’t get her name but I know exactly what she looks like,Light skin, she had a low pony tail and small gold earrings. I did speak with a manager but I still wanted to make sure this was published on here, so no one else is treated like this.

To know me is to know how much I love skincare. I’ll spend any amount on good skincare honestly so I was really excited when I met Adi and she was so knowledgeable about all the different products lines Sephora carries and what would work best for me in addressing my skincare concerns. With Adi’s recommendations and the help of my dermatologist my skin has cleared up so much and I have the glass skin that I always wanted 3 months later. Everyone at this location is great but Adi is truly amazing. She’s the fairy skincare mother ok! Lol I go here specifically looking for her every time I ever time I need new products. If you’re looking for great skincare or even good makeup products ask for my favorite girl, Adi you will love her just as much as I do I promise.

Currently outside of Sephora. It’s 11:07, poster says it opens at 11. The lights are on but no one is unlocking the doors.There’s more than 20 people outside.

It is a Sephora, so it has that going for it. The customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I had to wait 40 minutes for a makeup artist. Rather than just tell me it would take 40 minutes and let me decide. They decided it would be better to just waste my time.

The workers are really nice and super sweet but as far as the manager on duty she was very discriminatory towards me I guess because I'm black soon as I walked in she ask me did I need help i told her I already knew what I would like she followed me towards the register to ask me about my item but once I told her I didn't need the item she looked curious as if she wanted to know where the item was I was getting help from other employees who were helpful and were not rude or making assumptions based on skin tone I paid for my items point of the story as being a manager discrimination isn't the key please when hiring people who overseer the store please be friendly and professional

This place is ON from open to close. These people work to the bone. Family and I were visiting from Oakland for a family wedding. I booked a session for my Mother and I. Hectic schedule with our travel, delays, and of course poor planning with all things considered with traveling. Despite those hiccups, the wonderful Anna who is the POWERHOUSE and one of the Leads here was able to accommodate us. Took great care of my mother. Forget how you treat me but if you treat my mother right, you are alright by me :). Thank you for your hospitality Ms. Anna. Thank you to Edward who managed the front-end and throughout making sure all flows the way it should; gentleman of all gentlemen.Came back the second day for day-two do. Another outstanding service. My artist was Caeleste, and Bria took care of my mother. It just flowed beautifully. A building is just a building, make-up brands are fairly the same and have similar outcomes and can be found anywhere, produced and reproduced. The people that keep these spaces operational, however, are priceless and one of a kind. So, my heartfelt gratitude to you all for making us feel at ease and welcomed, despite your busy foot-traffic. I wish you all success, and I hope the decision makers in your management team pay attention to their high performers and make it their goal to retain great talent, hope they take great care of you just like you're maintaining an excellent reputation for them.

The staff is very rude. I Went to This location twice this week and no one greeted me when i came and no ome offered to help me, Either in english or spanish.

Just got a feature focus make-up application done at this location and the finishing product was sloppy at best. It looked NOTHING like the photo I showed her and when I kept telling her I was going for a more darker/smokey eye look and to please blend the light gold absolutely HIDEOUS eyeshadow she kept putting on my eyelid, she did the complete opposite and made it worse. Like nowhere in the photo I showed her was their gold eyeshadow. And she was insistent on packing my eye with this color. I mean it was sooo ugly! And tbh, I could’ve done the job myself at home and it would’ve turned out a lot better! It just didn’t look like professional work at all and NOT worth the $30 dollars I paid. And it was suppose to be a 30 minute application and I was in there for 1.5 freaking hours - for EYESHADOW!!!! I’m honestly wondering if these girls are actual make-up artists with experience in the business, who have clientele and an actual portfolio. I will never come back here again and I strongly recommend if you’re looking for eyeshadow work, to go elsewhere. I probably would’ve had better luck going to Mac up the street. Andddd then when I got home, I ended up removing the whole entire thing and re-doing it myself. And should honestly be refunded! I may even contact my bank because this was just a total waste of my time and money. I’m just so disappointed. Smh

Edward helped me pick out a mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast nor break me out and I have been on the hunt for years to the point that I stopped wearing sunscreen altogether. I never thought I would be able to find a sunscreen that suits my sensitive skincare needs and now I do! Thank you, Edward!
