Always have such a good experience when I come. My most recent experience included working with thoughtful and patient team members as I described I had started CPAP machine therapy and that it was breaking my face out. I wanted to find some products that would help with the breakouts. I want to thank the team members Fatima, McKenzie, and Khadijah. đ

I was at Georgetown yesterday shopping and Sephora was the first store I walked into and walking in I was greeted and then helped by a nice lady. However, I go to checkout and this lady checks me out on one of the little scanners instead of the main ones and mind you itâs only me and one other customer in the store at this time. She scans my products and tells me to âtap or insertâ. I do so and it doesnât work, then in a condescending voice says youâre doing it wrong itâs swipe, where she then talks to me as if I am a toddler and canât understand when I was following her directions. Next, I swipe it correctly and it pops up with another question credit or debit. I click the correct one and it doesnât work. She then says again youâre doing it wrong and I show her Iâm doing it right. Then I ask if she could try it on the main checkout screen thing and she says she canât do that. Like what. It was totally doable and she was talking in a monotone voice and had no care. HORRIBLE customer service, just plain awful (I will gladly point her out⌠I have had great service in visits before⌠however she was extremely rude and unhelpful) I ended up leaving without buying anything and it ruined my morning to be greeted with such attitude and meanness.

We were immediately greeted by Todd when we walked in. He was super friendly and easily approachable. Todd helped color match me. Iâve been colored matched at two other Sephoraâs (all in other states) and Todd was really the only one who took his time and helped me find the perfect foundation. He listened to all of my concerns. 10/10 recommend Todd! :)

Great experience. Staff is kind and helpful. Love my new Prada setting powder and O/S setting spray. The sales rep did such a good job at recommending a few items and testing them on me. I wish I could remember her name! She was a little shorter with tighter bohemian/jerry style bob length curls.

Today, I came here lost with a list of items to buy. (Never been to a make up store before). Deb was so nice in helping me find every item in my long list and made sure it's the right brand and amount needed. She also helped me check out and made sure that my items are bagged in a professional way. Deb made my shopping experience soo easy at Sephora today. This business owner should is so lucky for having Deb there taking care of every customer.

The cashier was so rude. I was asked if I needed Sephora credit card and before I said anything, she prejudged and said âYOU NEED A US PASSPORTâ 𤣠Ya rapper or something like you want some rhythm?
I told her I was British but I am living in NYC with US utility bills yet she still murmured herself like she didnât hear me - âYOU NEED A US PASSPORTâ đĽ˛
Ya need to grow up and earn more money to see the world outside Georgetown ok? Btw you donât need a US passport for any US credit card as long as you have a credit score recorded and a residence permit.

Went in to try on some new products today. McKenzie was super sweet and helpful, highly recommend!! She shade matched me with the Color IQ and then recommended some products which I tried out at home and were amazing.

The experience was fine and I didn't have a hard time finding any of the products I needed. However, the people at the register are very rude. I went with two of my friends and we all agreed they were not welcoming at all. They were very short and barely acknowledged me. I get that it is a makeup store but it is still customer service.

This location is one of my best Sephora's. The staff is friendly and helpful. I cannot remember all their names however I would like to give a shout out to KAE and ERIKA! Kae recommended some amazing hair products when I stopped by a few weeks ago. Erika is always so pleasant and helpful. I am so happy that I found my neighborhood Sephora. Lovely staff in this location!
