I had visited this Sephora branch to pick up some products. It is has very rude employees who ate extremely unfriendly and rude to speak to. I had a very bad experience here.

I went into Sephora to treat myself. I do it once a year. I grabbed a basket and Denzel looked at my basket and said can I show you something I said sure. He showed me things that I was looking for with better value. He is an amazing asset to Sephora. I literally spent money. Kadesha was amazingly sweet. So helpful and caring. Truly the best customer service I have ever received. I was appreciative and I didn’t even care about how much I spent because the service was amazing.

I have never felt so uncomfortable at a Sephora in my life . I went to Sephora Dec 23 2023 around 4:30 pm .The manager had the rudest attitude, which is not conducive with Sephora‘s mission statement or values. She rudely interrupted my partner when she was trying to ask a simple question and when I tried to ask a similar question at the front desk, she then rudely dismissed my question by stating that she is the manager silencing me.It’s sad that we had to experience this during our holiday shopping. I’d rather travel an hour to the next Sephora than visit the Georgetown location again.The manager with the tattoos lighter skin complexion appears to be Latina.I asked around the store … the employees in the store agreed that your attitude was rude and unprofessional.

I had a good time at Sephora. I had an appointment with Todd and he was just amazing. I love the makeup he did on me. He was so kind and gentle with my face. He was accommodating for my eyes and combo skin. He’s so lovely and I would highly recommend him if you need makeup done. Young, old, in between he does make up well on all ages. He will work with what you got and he’s not too heavy on the makeup, which is very good in case you want to build up. 20/10 good service would come back here again.

Store manager is a horrible individual. They signed us up for a credit card without our consent. With no apology by the manager. He tried gaslighting us and refused to apologize at all. Do not give them your business.

I never want to go back here. I came in an hour before close and it was slow. I had a bad day and wanted to browse and maybe treat myself. I was immediately hounded by four employees who kept asking me why I was there. I just wanted to browse but that wasn’t a good enough reason for them. They wanted a better reason, pressured me into getting color matched when that was the last thing I wanted, and they didn’t leave me alone until one associate was practically handcuffed to me the entire time. Just to shut them up, I bought what they were trying to push on me and left. I went and returned it at my local Sephora the next day. I’ve never been so overwhelmed and disgusted by such behavior. They made me feel suspicious for no reason and as a person who suffers from social anxiety, this was truly a horrific experience.

I went there and ask the staff for Jo Malone diffuser. One of the staffs check at the drawer and couldn’t find it. The other staff lady who seem to me a manger who seem to be a manager asked her if she already check upstairs. The girl didn’t check but said the product is out of stock. The manager didn’t insist the girl to check upstair but simply just told me that the product is out of stock. I was sure that the product is in stock for that location because I checked it on online app. I tried ask the other staff girl. She seem hesitated and didn’t want to be bothered to go check upstair even I told her that the app shows that the product is in stock. She initially tried to explain that sometime the inventory count is wrong. I insist she go check. She went to check and got the product. I wish I get more support and assistant from staff. I saw some just leisurely walking around like one of the customers without trying to greet or offer helps.

This store can get pretty crowded and hard to get around on weekends. Nevertheless, Portia was so helpful and helped me her what I needed! Thank Portia!

I had my first make-up session. I loved the way my face turned out. The artist was very professional and made great choices in make-up brands and color. Nour is an amazing maje-up artist. Thank you. Oh by the way Nour it wasn't a photo shoot, it was a surprise party for me!

I was really disappointed by how nasty these ladies were to me today. I've been shopping at the Georgetown location for 20 years, and I was returning a defective mascara - the applicator was stuck in the tube. I was accused of letting it dry out and/or switching the box out with an older one since I've purchased it many times. I would understand thinking these things or gossiping with co workers about it after but what's the point of saying it out loud? There's no point if you're doing the exchange anyway. It's not even YOUR money. Who cares? Why admonish and guilt a loyal costumer?

That store is a gem, with its excellent location, customer service, and cleanliness.Everyone is always helpful and greets you with a smile. I wish that two of the employees, Martha and Todd, would receive special recognition for their magnificent and exceptional customer service. I have been a customer since 2012, and I have never been disappointed.
