When the museum I oversee unfortunately suffered from sewage pipe break from the ceiling on a Sunday evening, ServiceMaster NCR was who we called first. They had a team out within the night and cleaned up all hazardous waste and water. They returned the next morning to remove damaged carpet and drywall then cleaned and set up fans and de-humidifiers as needed. Less than three days from the break, the museum was ready to focus on repairs. Our team didn't lift a finger and everyone was friendly, informative, efficient, and kind. Special shoutout to those on site: Johnny, Stephen, David, and Dennis! And to those on phone and email: Leah and Maritza. Our team thanks you all for helping us manage such a lousy situation!

From the initial phone call to Vivi who made my appointment to the final expert advice from Chris, this is a first stop #1 company. Don’t bother calling anybody else unless you want to waste your time. My wife and I breathe a sigh of relief knowing that we were in good hands and that our problem will soon be resolved. That’s all you could ask for.

I want to thank Service Master so much for the prompt, professional, caring work and attitudes, not only by the owners but by the team you sent out to our house. Chris Coffin (project manager) and Santos Ramirez (technician)were an answer to our prayers! They were professional, courteous, respectful and did a great job!! They made me feel so reassured that the bio-hazard situation was all safely removed. I highly recommend Service Master; they have outstanding and caring employees. ServiceMaster representative Maritza was kind, efficient, effective, and swift in helping. The Estimator, Chris was punctual, competent and fair. The clean-up team was hard working, flexible and wanted to make the apartment ready to rent. All trash was disposed properly.

I've been a realtor for nearly 20 years and I have recommended Service Master to my clients. Recently, I had to call them in to help me in my own home as the shower pan in my primary bath failed and water leaked through the ceiling. Craig Little calmly described all the steps involved from start to finish to getting the water damaged floors removed and dried out along with remediating any mold found. Johny and David and their onsite crew came over and carefully set up barriers in my kitchen to prevent any debris from flying through the house. Then the demo began and all the debris was removed and my house carefully cleaned where they needed to enter and leave the house. Not a speck of debris was left. The blowers were annoying but not on any longer than was anticipated and needed. The crew was pleasant and really cared for my home and mindful of my kids and dogs in the process. The claims was submitted directly by the great staff in the office and I didn't have to submit any photos to my insurance company. Service Master is the go-to in a water crisis. Charging me over $2500 to take out drywall and setting up fans, I think there were here a total of four hours. Left the rooms a mess after leaving too. The biggest RIP of all is charging me over $200 for a thin plastic sheet that prob cost $20.

I suffered two unrelated instances in a five month period. The first was a result of a broken water pipe that lasted overnight in a condo unit above mine. The second from a severe fire in the condo unit next door to mine. Both times Service Master NCR handled all the requisite services in an exemplary manner. They exceeded all my expectations. I will absolutely use them again if ever needed. Juan and Sandra were the leads in general cleaning and Dennis managed the carpet cleaning. Craig Little was the overall project mananager. We recently had an incident with the gas fireplace in our living room. Although the damage looks minor cosmetically; the walls, carpet, counters and permanent fixtures were left with soot and smoke odor on every floor of the house. The smoke odor was so strong that our insurance adjuster has to move us out of the house for our health and well-being...ServiceMaster was a godsend. Craig, the project manager, came out to the house and thoroughly inspect every inch of our house. He spent the time to explain to us what will be done at hand not only to meet the insurance requirements but also our complete satisfaction. Craig was also very responsive when we have questions and concerns. Better yet, Craig introduced us to Santos and his crew. We were away from our house for a week to allow the crew to perform the cleaning and deodorizing work. When we came back, my family were amazed by the job they did. ServiceMaster did an excellent job.They showed up the night of the fire and immediately took action to remove water from the fire department response and installed fans/humidifiers to start the drying process.Over the course of the next few weeks they removed damaged house contents, house structure elements that needed to be replaced and conducted the entire house cleaning.they mitigated existing mold that was found during the overall house cleaning process.Seamless process working with ServiceMaster and my insurance company.Services: Fire damage cleanup & repair
