Station is a nightmare. We live just around the corner so sometimes have no choice. No paper funnel to put oil in the car, should be provided with the oil we buy. No water to wash the windscreen and the sponge is 20y old. Seriously ? We always think there is a hidden camera to tape people going nuts by trying to get service besides filling up their car. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to, it'll ruin your day/ evening. Never possible to get a receipt at the pump, always have to go to the window. Poor employees having to deal with upset customers...

How long does it take to get back the extra money the pump took off my card! I called and got no ANSWER! What’s the point in having a number listed and no one answers!

Not returning here again . Couldn't pay at pump so I go to attendant. Put the card in the tray and close. Like any other gas station. Man yells at ME . For shutting. Gets mad starts ranting about how it cant be closed and starts hitting the nob. Yells at me it cannot be shut. I tell him he needs to put a sign up or tape or something. You CANT YELL AT PEOPLE WHEN THEYRE UNAWARE OF YOUR PROBLEMS. Whatever. Fix your door. Matter a fact. Ima come back and shut it again until he fix it. Jsyk

I have been trying to reach out to this Shell Station and their Owners to resolve a dispute regarding fraudulent charges on my card from 7/11/18 at 7:28pm at the Shell Station at 1800 18th Street NW Washington DC, 20009. This station is owned by E & C Mid-Atlantic Ventures, LLC. After calling Shell Corporate and filing a complaint with them, I have tried calling E&C multiple times with no answer, and when I tried to contact them via their website, the contact form keeps givin
