Pump does not read credit cards or accept tap. You also have to specify a dollar amount when you pay inside; no “fill up” option.

This 7-11 is terrible. I use Shell gas rewards and it is the only one close to my house now that the other has been rebranded. Nine out of ten times the pumps don't work correctly and you have to go inside to use your gas points. they need to invest $ in fixing their equipment or 7-11 should terminate their franchise and bring someone in that can properly run the business.

AVOID Gas pumps broken - at least the gas pump closest to the pay window. Stopped to get half tank of gas and the handle felt very loose to me, then started pumping and... wouldn't turn off. As in, the handle would not disengage. Gas just pumping with no way to stop it. In a panic I ran to the window to alert the worker that the pump was broken. Meanwhile gas still pumping. Someone else who winked there managed to shut the gas pump off (clearly this was a known problem) and when I told the woman who worked there that they needed to put a sign up stating the pump was broken she started shouting at me that I didn't know how to pump gas and I should just leave. Lovely. So got in my car and realized the gas stopped only when my car reached full - over $30 in gas later. Clearly this is a scam and the pump is broken and will only stop, once turned on, when car is full. Judging by the rudeness of the gas station worker, this is clearly a known 'problem' because if it was not, it would have been concerning. Calling the city to complain about the scam.

I recently used my refillable Shell gift card at the pump and did not get the cash price per gallon at J and K Shell. When I noticed the pump price did not change from the higher credit card price per gallon, I went inside and asked the attendant/cashier if he could give me the cash price if he were to swipe my gift card. Essentially I asked him to override the pump which apparently was pre-set to apply the credit card price per gal for gift cards. He said it was not possible and that the credit card price is applicable to gift cards. Perhaps the owner or manager set it up this way, either inadvertently or intentionally. According to the Shell gift card customer support I spoke to the next day, the cash price is supposed to be applied to gas purchases at the pump or via the cashier using the gift card, which is the main benefit of getting and refilling such gift card.

Ellias is an honest, high quality mechanic--which is rare to find! His prices are very reasonable and he doesn't try to repair things without informing you first. He works on weekends and is always very flexible. Also, he is a very nice guy. I do not take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. He has gained my trust and loyalty!
