My husband and I first worked with Mallory in 2024 to create a custom engagement ring. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll never forget the moment I saw my ring for the first time; the clarity of the diamond was absolutely breathtaking. There is no doubt that Shelter can find you the diamond of your dreams!
Because our engagement ring experience was so amazing, we chose to work with Mallory again for our custom wedding bands. She went above and beyond to ensure my wedding band fit perfectly with my engagement ring, and I was thrilled with the final result.

Magnolia and the Shelter team were so incredible throughout the process of designing a custom engagement ring and wedding bands. They helped us figure out what we wanted (and didn't want) and the end products were so beautiful and unique. The whole design process, including seeing the mock-ups and wax versions were such a great touch. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for wedding/engagement jewelry!

I was looking to have a memorial pendant made. Shelter came recommended from family members who had custom jewelry designed there. I worked with Mallory for about 6 months, in person and virtually, from vague idea to 2D design to 3D mock-up to the final perfect pendant. I couldn't have wished for a better collaborator in this journey! I highly recommend Shelter and Mallory.

Magnolia worked with me on a custom engagement ring and made it a very relaxed, fun, informative, and memorable experience. She made it feel personal and not like a sales transaction.
