Great great service. Place was busy, but people waited in line politely because the staff was hustling and being polite. I was a 3 star customer, a Newby, with a little kid, and I kept them past closing, and they were still polite. Impressive. I was surprised at how few standard colors there are, but they can match anything and many of the standard colors are elegant.

Very clean store and plenty of staff. Dedicated parking right in front.I spoke with Stephen on the phone this morning and he pulled the paint and mixed it while taking my CC info and looking for a coupon for me! This isn’t the store closest to me, but I might go back for my big spring project in May because the staff seems on point.

Messed up my paint order three separate times. The first time we asked for two different tints of one paint, 5 gallons of one and 2 gallons of the other. They flipped it and gave us the wrong amount in each. Then we went back to get more paint when we ran out and they said they gave us the right tint, but labeled it incorrectly. The third time they actually gave us the right tint, but since we had already painted we now have walls that I’m going to have to paint AGAIN, plus we are out hundreds of dollars in paint. I’m not a paint expert, I should be able to expect that if you say you gave me a specific paint, that is indeed what you gave me and if the can says it, it’s correct.EDIT, 3/19 - the owners contacted me (at their own initiative) and did acknowledge their mistake and offer some restitution to the sum of a reimbursement for 3 cans out of the ones we purchased. I can’t get the hours we lost back, but do appreciate the gesture at trying to make amends for a mistake. Changed to 3 stars from 1 star for their customer service

Excellent service!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sales associate, Melissa. She was very patient and answered every question I had. Going in the store I had no idea what I wanted but I was in and out, feeling very confident with what she recommended me. I’ll definitely be going back!

Went in today to begin a major repaint indoor and out. Two employees behind counter both looking down at their cell phones. Several customers in the store when we came in. Went to counter to ask for assistance. The female rep looked up and asked if we were ready to check out. We had just entered but again, both reps were staring at their phones and didn't realize we were just entering. I told the female rep we needed assistance and she looked at the male employee, he shook his head, she sat back down and they both continued to look at their phones. They said nothing, refused to assist. We took a few paint chips went to Home Depot and received excellent service. Entire time in Sherwin Williams, 20 minutes, not one time was any assistance given. Home Depot, 200.00 paint purchase from very helpful. I thought we would getting better assistance from our small neighborhood specialty store. I was very wrong. If you want to be completely ignored after requesting assistance this store will not disappoint.

Went in with my 3yr old and husband. My daughter is a busy body and was everywhere in the store, kept trying to keep in line and the store employee went to the back and brought her a coloring book with crayons. Bless him. He is great employee.
