Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Staff was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, offered excellent advice (even if it meant recommending a free product over purchasing one there). I’d have to be silly to buy paint anywhere else in the future!

The people here are amazing! I needed paint quickly & she got me 15 gallons at a great price in a flash ! Parking is a bit rough but recommend going here for paint & paint supplies.

I came in a little over two weeks ago to get a bunch of paint colors for a project. I received 1000% customer service from the manager Ronnie and his associate that was working that day. Subsequently I have needed to get more of the same colors and came in again. The second time, it took a lot longer to get the paint and I was told only three of the six colors could be made because they were out of the base. I have now been trying to get those colors filled for two weeks as my fence remains half painted. Today I called ahead to make sure they had the paint before going in and once I arrived they said they had to mix the paint and the machine was down. These things may be out of the control of the folks working but they have left a really bad taste in my mouth for Sherwin Williams and a half done project in my yard. ??

Customer service is important to me as I only choose to spend money where I feel valued as a customer. The team at this store gets it! Everyone was personable, friendly & polite.Tre assisted me in ordering about 20 gallons of paint for my home. This was sourced from multiple locations and still available for pick up on time the next day. Tre patiently went above and beyond to work with me to ensure I got the most accurate colors which compliment the lighting in my home.The 8th St. SE location is definitely highly recommended and my preferred location for purchasing Sherwin Williams paint & products.
