This review is mostly for Leslie and JD. Both helped me immensely while I was in the store. Leslie helped me so much picking out belts and working through an exchange. JD was also immensely helpful. Both were patient and kind and it’s just not something you see in stores often these days. I really appreciate it.

I came in to get a battery replaced on my watch, and they had to send it to their HQ in Detroit for service. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the team at this store was super friendly and professional. Nice job!
