“I visited the Amy Kaslow Gallery where a friend of mine had some sculptures on display. It's a small gallery, but a very nice collection of both sculptures and artwork.”

“Very nice area. The Washington Warf is just a short walk from the Metro station. The Warf offers fresh steamed crabs at one booth. There are also different restaurants there to enjoy.”

“It is America's pride, Family's joy! You get all sorts of things with good price. And they teach you to plan, for long, buying with goal. This week I bought review books for my children, winter clothes so appropriate for the time and so fare! It is a delight to shop..and just before you go out, as if a bonus to life, you can sit down and eat what ever you like; and for children, you have ice cream then, andb there... fresh pizza...It is amazing place to shop. You may go for one thing for a minute, but you wouldn't go out less that one hour, everything demands your attention...”

“Great group at this bike shop. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, I love their location. Easy access if coming over the key bridge going into Georgetown. Just take a right at the 2nd traffic light.”

“Fun! Place to spend an afternoon, right next to the canal in Georgetown. Of course, things in Georgetown tend to be pricey, so keep an eye on what you're spending and have fun!”

“A little confusing to get around, was expecting more of a mall but it's really just a collection of stores most of which aren't attached. But otherwise very nice”

“Went to the CVS on Sunday (Jan. 7, 2024) and caught their Christmas Sale, 90% off! I found all sorts of things, including candy canes by Lifesaver and Skittles.I had better selection when I caught Halloween items at 90% off about 3 weeks ago. This is the new CVS that use to be inside Penn Branch Shopping Center, but it is located where the Laundromat use to be. One major problem is the parking lot, it is too small and narrow! The pharmacy gets a lot of business. People were walking pass the 90% signs going elsewhere in the store. If you go to that CVS, check out their Seasonal Isle, that is where the bargains are. They have men and women's thermal sets for $9.99 and scarves for $2.00, and Scull caps for $2.00. The scarves are very nice and soft. DON'T SLEEP ON THIS CVS!”

“OFfices above, retail stores on the street level. Pay parking below. Right next to a METRO or Washington Subway station Friendship Heights. Pay street parking, but 2 hour residential street parking in the neighborhood just behind.”

“I like the Home Depot here. But the entire site needs to be redevelopment as a mini Reston town center with thousands of high rise condos, apartments, green space park already within. And several below ground parking garage levels hidden far underground.”

“This is the smallest exchange I’ve ever been to but the point of the missing star is that the computer systems are very slow. I went to get my temporary star card printed and it was not the lady’s fault but her computer was extremely slow and she mentioned that this is pretty much always an issue. They have customers trying to purchase items at the desk so having a slow system is not ideal.”

“I have had good experiences at this post office. The employees seem dedicated to efficiency. They really help to move people along. I also feel like they have been helpful with finding the fastest and most economical shipping options. I am satisfied with this post office!”

“Offers a variety of options, whether you want to stop for groceries or everyday items at the Target, or if you fancy Thai or Mexican food, or if you want to have yummy ice cream at the Cold Stone, this is the place to visit. Also, there's City paws animal hospital to take care of the furry ones.”

“Good weekend parking garage - about the only one in the area that is open on Sunday! We drove our small car, but could have easily fit our minivan into the large parking spaces it has. It was only $11 for all day parking on Sunday. The garage is open until midnight. It was self-park, and I did not have to give my keys to a parking attendant, so I knew it could not be moved or damaged by a parking attendant. Perfect experience.”

“I treated my friend to the cheesecake factory for his birthday. We had a really great time and our server Malachi was really great! The Chevy Chase Pavilion has really changed over the years. When I first started going there, there were lots of shops & a food court, now the only thing I saw on my visit was a T-Mobile store.”

“Good parking, but keep your awareness about you, it's a high crime area. DC police cruisers were visible on standby. Good shopping choices and they're putting in a big new AutoZone automotive store!”
