Not only that, but in the limited amount of time we had to get them done, the 400 finished programs included full color front and back pages - which was unexpected, but made the programs look almost exactly like our usual ones. “Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Classic Art of Brookland "goes the extra mile to make you smile." It was clear from the moment we arrived that helping people is their passion. The custom sign on the wall "quality is never an accident" really exemplified what Classic Art is all about. We arrived with 7 art pieces including a custom designed one that was very special to us and an older sports memorabilia piece left to me by my late grandfather. The team at Classic Art took extra special care with each piece. We felt welcomed and treated like family. With each piece, they provided recommendations for framing, matting, and glass casing. We did not feel pressured into being upsold and truly felt that Classic Art had our best interests in mind. They provided expert advice on what color and style of frame would work well with each piece and patiently listened to each of our thoughts and questions and offered great feedback. They completed the job quickly and when we arrived to pick up the pieces, they unveiled each piece, which looked better than we could have imagined! As an added bonus, they added a double mat free of charge to the custom designed piece because they felt it would really make the piece stand out (and it did)! We walked away with more than just great frames, we walked away with solid recommendations, great company, and a business that we will refer to anyone with framing needs! After printing a test Gonzalo saw that it was a bit blurry so he proceeded to remake the art and printed a new test wich looked amazing. “Came here late Saturday evening for book binding (unbind a book and put a spiral binging on). Anne-Marie was fantastic! Very nice, answered all of my questions, and worked quickly. There was an issue with the machine on the second book—not only did she call around for help, but also offered to reimburse me for the book if she couldn’t fix it. Really great customer service and I will come back again. The store is small and seems to offer the basics.”

The font on my mom’s obituary was supposed to be lavender but came out in a deep purple. In any case, they were beautiful and I’d use A Digital Solution again and would highly recommend them.”

“I've been trying to get my car registration transferred from NY to DC since around 9:30am today. It's is now almost 3:00pm. I made several trips to this fed ex to print insurance documents (which were dismissed by DMV every time). Around the 3rd time the staff at this location checked on me to see if I needed help. They explained to me that - in the event I needed to come back - come to them for help. I was spending money to go online and then money to print the documents and they said there was another option. So when I inevitably came back they saw me walk in, remembered me, and showed me how to do the print-and-go. They helped me get the documents printed and then encouraged me - even offered me water. They laughed with me and wished me well. As I left I heard them encouraging another young man who was lamenting his struggle with DMV as well. I'm sure they get a lot of business from folks frustrated folks with DMV, so I think it is important to shout them out for creating a space with exceptional customer service and joy. Thank you!!”

Unable to send to a mailing PO Box - had to provide physical address. Unable to pay with Apple Pay - had to provide debit card number through a picture. Paid $11.85 to send out a FedEx envelope with a check “FedEx Express Saver” - scheduled delivery 3 days later with tracking number”

She never lost her cool and was consistently friendly, efficient and professional. I have no idea why only one person would be working there on a busy Saturday. Other customers were equally impressed with how this employee managed everything.”
