After speaking with the company, I realized there had been a misunderstanding between me and the person who initially took my order. I truly appreciate that they took the time to address the situation.

She came to my business, listened carefully to my concerns, sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding, and treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire visit. “Classic Art of Brookland "goes the extra mile to make you smile." It was clear from the moment we arrived that helping people is their passion. The custom sign on the wall "quality is never an accident" really exemplified what Classic Art is all about. We arrived with 7 art pieces including a custom designed one that was very special to us and an older sports memorabilia piece left to me by my late grandfather. The team at Classic Art took extra special care with each piece. We felt welcomed and treated like family. With each piece, they provided recommendations for framing, matting, and glass casing. We did not feel pressured into being upsold and truly felt that Classic Art had our best interests in mind. They provided expert advice on what color and style of frame would work well with each piece and patiently listened to each of our thoughts and questions and offered great feedback. They completed the job quickly and when we arrived to pick up the pieces, they unveiled each piece, which looked better than we could have imagined! As an added bonus, they added a double mat free of charge to the custom designed piece because they felt it would really make the piece stand out (and it did)! We walked away with more than just great frames, we walked away with solid recommendations, great company, and a business that we will refer to anyone with framing needs! “We have worked with Greg and Ricardo at NDSE for several office projects over the years. They have always delivered professional, high quality work. Additionally, they have offered high-quality advice and guidance when we have had to navigate tricky issues. For example, the facade of our new office is unusual and signage space is limited, so we had to get creative. Nita and her other colleague are always kind, professional, and hard working. I’ve witnessed the plethora of difficult and disrespectful customers in store. Despite this, Nita and her colleague do their best and respond in a professional and respectful manner (even when these people do not deserve it). Thank you for showing up and grinding it out! You both deserve recognition and acknowledgement, continually.”

Rommel, the associate at this FedEx, is easily one of the best customer service representatives I’ve met. I walked in confused, and before I even asked, he approached with patience and guided me step by step through what I needed.
While helping me, two other lost customers came in with completely different issues. Rommel managed to assist all three of us at once, calmly and efficiently, without letting anyone feel ignored. His proactive care, expertise, and patience turned what could have been a stressful moment into an easy one.
