“I had a great experience with Tabitha! I had mailed some boxes home but for some reason one box had a mix up and was mailed to my old address. Thankfully it was found and taken back to UPS. There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”

“I don't often write reviews, but after my experience with Mehdi at this location, I had to. Due to a slip-up, I had to reprint something very urgently. So, things were very chaotic. Mehdi was extremely helpful every step of the way, and took time out of his day to go above and beyond to take care of me. I strongly encourage using their services when in DC!”

“Don, the store owner, was helpful in so many ways. He came to the apartment after my sister passed and helped to separate everything I was sending to different addresses. He did it in a way to minimize my costs by dividing things into manageable boxes. He shipped everything in a timely manner and everything arrived with not one break just where it was supposed to go. I did this exercise more than once and each time was the same. This is the best ups store ever. I recommend highly. D”

Nita and her other colleague are always kind, professional, and hard working. I’ve witnessed the plethora of difficult and disrespectful customers in store. Despite this, Nita and her colleague do their best and respond in a professional and respectful manner (even when these people do not deserve it). Thank you for showing up and grinding it out!
