The customer service is very welcoming very helpful clean the lady who does the alteration. She does very good work and very affordable. I recommend anyone to this dry cleaners. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely expensive, and they ruined my comforter. They didn't mention there were any issues when I picked it up, and when I opened it up back home, I discovered a dinner-plate-sized hard spot on it, as if some clear substance got stuck on it or they melted the fabric. Would not recommend.

This dry cleaner lost a brand new shirt and it took weeks to get reimbursed. I recently pulled out a suit they dry cleaned for me many months ago, and noticed the pants were swapped with a completely different size.Since it was so long ago and I can't find the tag, they're refusing to help me, but buyer beware: they will either take forever, forcing you to follow-up numerous times, or deny responsibility altogether.

I have been a faithful customer of this establishment for over 15 years. I had them clean a leather skirt, and it is totally destroyed it! I asked to speak with the owner, and person serving me pretended as if they did not know what I was talking about. My skirt was not cleaned by a professional who cleans leather. It was stretched out shape, had iron board grid mark, the lining is now longer than the skirt, and it was hung in a hanger with safety pins! I am beyond pissed! I am seeking reimbursement for item

Do not trust this place with a wedding dress or other expensive pieces!!!! I am getting married tomorrow and had to get it cleaned after using it for photos earlier in the week. When I got it back last night, it had TWO HUGE HOLES in the back and the side. I went back immediately and showed pictures of the damage and the woman just smiled and said oh we’ll fix it but we don’t MAKE holes! She literally chuckled saying this while I was about to become bridezilla because people didn’t do their job!!! Total denial and she kept deflecting when I demanded a refund because now I had an obvious disaster on hand. She just said bring it back and we have someone coming in at noon who can sew it! Absolutely NOT, I needed work ASAP because I was leaving town and would take this to the tailor that altered my dress instead. The fact that this dress was cleaned and bundled up in a tied up opaque bag that was hard to open, and just sent home with me two days prior to getting married with NO acknowledgement of the damage, is purely outrageous. I have taken other things to be cleaned here in the past but never again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Trust me, I inspected the dress prior to cleaning to look over all the spots that were dirty - the holes were made in their care. The fact that this dress was cleaned and bundled up in a tied up opaque bag that was hard to open, and just sent home with me two days prior to getting married with NO acknowledgement of the damage, is purely outrageous. My friends mom who was a wedding seamstress said I should be on the news for this because it's literally a bridal nightmare.

Excellent service and honest business. Came in for alterations for a few suits and they came out fabulous! They even pressed my shirt for free since I was getting a lot of suits done. Good value for the service you receive.
