Idiotic, unprofessional staff; took nearly two hours to get a new phone altogether and even then I was told the new phone would be black- it's purple. The literally didn't even the color of the phones they sell. How is that possible when there are only four possibilities?

Ross is amazing! Was very impressed with his customer service today when I went in to get my phone replaced. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal.

They had the charger I was looking for but the whole vibe of the store was off, I was uncomfortable and paid and left as soon as possible. If you have an option to go to another store, just go somewhere else.

Went twice and they couldn't do anything at the store. Tried buying a phone they don't have 256mb phones only 128. When trying to order online the stores internet wasn't working.Went to drop off my trade in phone instead of mailing it as Tmobile said I could over the phone and by email but store wouldn't accept it.Worst tmobile store I been to for service. The employees in the store were very polite and tried to help but stores worthless. Wish the Tmobile store by Eastern Market was still open they always got things done.

Consistently has THE worst customer service in DC (and DC is already known for having terrible, juvenile customer service).But I am talking from the store owner, to the associates with a nasty middle school attitude, the associates at this store provide all around terrible service. There is one good associate in the store. I do not see how he manages life there.The lowest of the low work at this store.

Contacting cooperate about Aisha the manager and this entire location at this point. This location not only put in the wrong sim card into my phone, but has been extremely unhelpful every time I came into the store. Ive had no cell service for days now after trying to upgrade my phone. A simple task that went awry and noone seemed to want to help. I explained the situation to Aisha and most employees yet she kept negating me and refused to get on the phone with tech, telling ME to call them myself when the chinatown location gladly helped me. I keep facing resistance every time I tell them whats wrong and what has already been done. I wasnt on the phone with customer service for hours for no reason….Eventually after troubleshooting for hours AGAIN, tech said the exact same thing I said…The employees wouldn’t even pick up the phone to call other stores to check inventory…I was on their store phone myself…save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.EDIT: And I explained to YOU Ayesha that this was NOT a matter that has been happening for two weeks but Ive been trying to upgrade my phone for 2 weeks. The sim issue only happened after I was at your store. And I explained that every possible troubleshoot had already been tried. But you wouldn’t listen and disregarded everything I said. Then after you LEFT, after being in there for hours like the day before like Kay confirmed, your employee was once again told by tmobile costumer service tech department (who you said didnt exist) that the phone had to be traded in. Time wasted once again. Unacceptable. According to these other reviews, you all have a HISTORY of making mistakes and not working. Please provide me with the email of your supervisor as well and we can talk about it then.

After being on the phone with T-Mobile for almost 2 hours, and getting misinformation, I was told to go into the store to get my Apple Watch reactivated. It was a total waste of time and added to an already very frustrating experience.I explained what happened to Leo. He read the notes on the issue. After being told two Apple Watches could be added to my cellular account by a supervisor on the phone the night before, I was told it couldn’t be done. Leo was not helpful, offered no alternatives, and in fact was combative.I came to this store because I was told that it had good customer service. I guess I wasn’t fortunate enough to get someone that was solution oriented.The only reason I am staying with T Mobile is because of the free access to WiFi on planes.

10/10 I recently just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. Usually, I do everything over the phone but I went into the store, and “Bernard” one of the salesmen helped me through the whole process he's nice, very informative, and super patient. He took his time explaining every detail about my plan which was nice because we all know how these phone companies can be. I recommend this location 100% and ask for “ Bernard“

This store was very professional and helped every step of the way. Team members Bernard, Ms Isha , and Leo were very supportive in helping me get my phone and all of my iCloud information back. Chris and Ross rock! I came in with my old man and his girlfriend and they don’t know how their phones work, but they took the time to make sure all three of us got the new phones and cell plans that made sense for us. They hooked it up with an Apple Watch as well all for less than I was paying for my old cell service.

Thank you so much to Kay she made my experience today with T-Mobile great! Very knowledgeable, polite and must importantly very professional. I was very upset on how I believe the guy name was Leo was very Useless and rude with a nasty attitude maybe today was just not his day. But still no excuse to treat a Customer, just go home. But Kay helped me and my family with being apart of T-Mobile.
