Service is awful. We placed a Mobile order at 9:00pm and the money of course went through. These two workers shut and locked the doors and many other people had placed mobile orders too and they just looked at us and told us no and stayed cleaning. But they sure took our money.

I placed an order on line at 8:45pm and drove 15 min to the store to get my drink and they told me they are closing in 2 min, and they finally told me they don’t have my drink bcz they don’t take order on line late the manager forgot to change the system. Bad bad

I work at The Pendry as the Front Office Manager and had a little difficult day with our guests. I stepped into Starbucks for a little pick me up. Nola asked me how my day was going. I informed her that it was a challenging day with guests. Her words to me were , “what would you like to order, we are here to make it right” she was so kind and thoughtful and gave me a cake pop on the house. She listened to the subtle cues and her hospitality was tremendous! Instantly I felt taken care of, valued, and I want to come back to see her. It is the little things that go a long way. Nola is fantastic and her customer service was outstanding!

One of the best Starbucks locations in the city. The drinks and eats you have come to expect, a super friendly staff, lots of seating, fast WiFi, clean restrooms. Indoor and covered outdoor seating. Easy access to the Wharf and a shuttle bus drops off from the Metro. Bike share outside.

Starbucks is awful because is supports genocide and the killing of innocent children and civilians. Haven’t had a Starbucks drink for a month now and will never ever have another Starbucks drink again! And there are thousands & thousands of people taking my same stance on this.

Most are familiar with Starbucks. Here, the baristas were friendly, the atmosphere was very new and very clean - very relaxing, and the coffee was ok - a little light on the caramel and the cream compared to other venues. There is indoor and outdoor seating, with the indoor being super comfortable - and the wifi was great. This place sits right on the wharf and there are a ton of places to take in the sights while you are enjoying your hot brew.

What on earth is happening to Starbucks? They appear to walk the path of many fast food eateries. How is it that my order tasted like warm milk. I ordered a large hot Macchiato with an extra shoot. I got a cup of flavored milk.

The server was extremely rude and condescending. She continued to yell at the highest volume due to an accumulation of people at the cream and sugar station. Due to her failure to keep the station full it caused me to reach over to try and get the last packet of raw sugar. She said “what’s wrong with you!” I was on the end of the counter reaching and she said get on your side. Her name is irrelevant. But everyone will know who she is. She makes her presence well known and takes up the room.

This is a beautiful Starbucks. When I visited, the service wasn’t great and there was trash everywhere, but it’s still a nice spot to sit and have coffee.

Nola snapped at my friend for asking a barista to help check the status of her order. We understand that it was rush hour and the store was busy but bad customer service is absolutely unacceptable and not appreciated. Nola must work on her customer service and not snapping at customers. Nola should be appreciated that customers come to this specific store and have proper attitude.

Today 9/3/23 MY FIRST SUNDAY! W visit this location EVERYDAY.. as we live and work in the area. TODAY WAS A DISASTER!!! MANAGER NOLA WAS HORRIFIC!! Customer service was the last thing from her managerial list of goals and objectives for the day! As if the line protruding out the door was a dead given for my caffeine fix. DO BETTER ON A SUNDAY!!!
