Today (8/29/2023) at around 8 am, I stopped at this location as I do almost every morning to pick up my online order. Usually when I pick up a online order, especially when I get more than one drink, my stuff is put into a carrier and placed into a bag for easy pick up and go. This particular order I got 2 coffees and a sandwich. When I arrived at the store there is a lady that stands in front of the orders and directs them to the customers. I said my order name and she, who's name is LATONYA, rudely points and says right there. She points to my food sitting on the counter. I asked if I can have a carrier and she points to the table beside her and says, "they right there". At this same moment a lady behind me came to grab her online order as well that was already placed in a carrier. (she also had 2 drinks) I asked LATONYA why my online order wasn't also placed in a carrier, she rudely responds, "well she asked for it" I responded and said well when I asked you pointed to the table and said "they right there" instead of just assisting me like you did the other customer when she asked. She then proceeds to stare me down with the nastiest additude. I never once was disrespectful to LATONYA, only questioning why I wasn't getting the same treatment as the other customers. I then asked for her name which of course she just pointed to her apron and said, "its right here". I then went to the lady at the register and told her that LATONYA was very rude and disrespectful. LATONYA just sat there and laughed. The cashier apologized on her behalf, and as I walk out I was taunted by LATONYA who laughed and said, "she really thought that was going to do something" Well this is me doing something. She has the demeanor of someone who should be working at McDonalds. Not at an establishment known for their bright smiles and amazing customer service. I did not need all that negativity at 8 am over me asking for a carrier for my drinks. The manager is out on vacation and the shift lead Courtney took my complaint and was very apologetic on LATONYAS behalf, but the only person that owed me an apology for her nasty attitude was LATONYA. She is not a good look for this company and I'm sure I am not the only one she's treated with such disrespect, just the only one who had time to do something about it.

NONE of the works want to work! they are always talking trash about customers. The store mangers talks the most trash but then smiles in ppls face. This one worker turns off certain drinks in the machine, so that the mobile orders don't come through. Saying they don't have certain products when they just don't wanna make it. saying the bathroom is out of order when it's not. And you better not get a delivery because if your food drops on the counter they don't care. And VERY RUDE.

I was here on St. Patricks Day for a meeting in the area. The store was super clean and fresh and had really cute St. Patrick's Day decorations. Service was very fast with no delay despite the fact I could see they had many "call before" orders. People were coming in and grabbing coffees and eats while I was there, yet my order was out in less than 3 minutes! Staff were friendly, cheerful and clearly engage well with their locals yet I was also greeted with a smile and chat despite it being my first time there. I love that! Starbucks did well hiring here! My coffee was delicious and hit the spot and my food was yum. I'd come here again if I am in that area again!Kid-friendliness: For sure - they have kid friendly food and drinks and easy to get service there. I didnt have kids with me but imagine the staff here are very kid-friendly based on their cheerfulness and demeanour! I bet they chat to local kids that come in with their parents all the time!Parking: Easy to get to and well signposted. Some parking in the area, not just for cars but also handy bike spots close by so that makes it easy if passing by and want a coffee on a whim!

I'm a fan of Starbucks. The coffee is always good and the pastries usually fine. This Starbucks does a particularly excellent job and has great staff.

The breakfast burrito I ordered was not fully warmed up. The potatoes in said burrito was still icy and just handed over without checking. I was not expecting Michelin star quality, but serving it to me like that was even worse.
