☕️ I have been in so many Starbucks but the customer care service here at First & M is definitely the best I have ever got (and I have been a regular client for years!)? Workie, Brianna, Yonce, Dorcas, Deja, Jessica, Jasel, Talia, and the others are always gentle, happy to share a smile and a funny comment. Courtesy is in the house here for everyone! Kudos to the team and Workie in particular!

I recently started a new position across the street from this Starbucks location so I guess I’ll be visiting pretty often. I was warmly greeted by every single employee. Coffee was hot and fresh. Received it quickly. Music is on point. Bathroom is clean. I have no complaints.

Drink took 25 minutes to receive after placing order & workers were incredibly curt & rude to all customers waiting. This location has always been horrible, with horrible wait times (even outside rush hour) and rude staff. Never coming here again.

The main issue for me is how slow everything is. It takes forever for a mobile order to be fulfilled. Orders take an additional 10 - 15 minutes even after the estimated time has passed at times. I don't fault the staff, I fault the Starbucks corporation for keeping this place understaffed. As for the in-store set up, this location implements hostile design and layout very well. It is not inviting.

This Starbucks has a lot of friendly employees but they need help. Management please hire more than ONE barista at 6:00 am it’s ridiculous. Not her fault. Too much for one person.

Hands down, the WORST Starbucks!! I e come here twice and both times they have forgotten my order, after waiting over 30 minutes for a simple hot mocha. Customers are always waiting forever only to get what they didn't order. Will never be back to this location...total waste of time!

The staff here were very friendly and cheery, double checked my order, made my order quickly, and it tasted exactly like what I wanted. To those three baristas who were on shift appx 2 pm today, thank you for your positivity and kindness!

I just had the worst experience ever at this Starbucks location. I stop here everyday, is a new guy (cause I’ve never seen before) working here, he’s LGBTQ. I have nothing against the community but he’s extremely rude, offensive and he laughed at my face, I had to asked him what was happening for him to act like that, he unprofessionally started talking about me with his other coworker. Sad and disgusted I’ll make sure to never come back and tell my friends to don’t come back ever again.

They struggle keeping up with orders at this shop. And the estimated time provided in the app is always inaccurate. You’re going to wait if it’s during a peak hour.
