Adjacent to UDC. Great location. Metro station, Giant, CVS, UPS all nearby. Sfoglina, Shemali, a pizza place, a sandwich place, a Thai restaurant all blocks away from this Starbucks. Outside seating available.

Made mobile order for pickup. Arrive after 5 minutes. It located at the southernmost of UDC building and closest to the Metro Station escalators. It offers both outdoor and indoor seatings. Received friendly greetings upon walking in. The croissant was warm as promised. Received another warm thank-you when walking out.

I normally go to the Van Ness Metro location by UDC, because it's closest. The employees are super nice, and know regulars by name! The bakery and breakfast sandwiches are really good, and the regular staff have my drink order memorized! Use the app to earn points, order ahead, whatever, or better yet, bring a clean personal cup to help save the planet!

It's mu birthday. The Starbucks guy says I can have a free coffee ☕️ on app. I have had this app for 9 years and showed him. He could Not tell me where the free coffee button is on app. But here's my ID that says it's my birthday...oh I'm sorry I cannot give you a free coffee sir. ? He did however give me a free cup of hot ? water and I made my own birthday ? ☕️

I just left after they refused to fix their mistake. I had ordered a venti Frappuccino but they gave me a grande one. It took almost 10 minutes to even get the drink and it was icy and not blended well. Only came here because it was on my way to a cat sitting job. Too many people, not enough workers. It was dirty. I'll pass on this location cat sitting or not next time. Poor job.

One of the best place in Public Community Service brings the confidence of joy to be in the middle of generations. Which is cool to be there. Starbucks of Van Ness City, Northwest DC is one key to relaxing moment and break zone.

Great staff, friendly, smiles are always welcoming.They make great caramel frappes.But overall most of the staff is well mannered, I never had any problems.

I'm a small business owner here this morning looking for an outlet so I can knock out a few tasks before my 8am eye doctor appointment across the street. I asked the gentleman making my drink if there were any outlets and he flat-out ignored me. I came back a little louder and positioned myself so that I was 100% clear that he saw me and asked again. This time he looked at me shrugged his shoulders and made some sound/grunt expressing "leave me the $!@# alone" but never answered the question. The only way this is acceptable is if this gentleman has a mental health condition and Starbucks is really doing a good job in the community. So I'm writing this review in REAL time and about to send an email over to management as well as opposed to knocking out the few tasks before my 8am appointment.
