Really bad experience. They don't pick up the phone. They don't call back the voice message. We drove 40 mins to their show room during their open time while the front desk said they only accept appointment.

Bought a $3000 leather sofa, and was assured the memory foam seats would not compress. Well I now sit in a hole. I would sell the sofa, but who would buy it with a collapsed seat. Never believe sales people.Rive
