I love that their locations are conveniently located across the city but this location specifically is easy to access and very bright and clean. They have supplies on hand and have always made it easy to access the facility.

Stuf Storage has been incredibly a convenient facility to store my things during a large transitional move. I find the managers Michael and Deborah to be very calm and professional with walking me through the digital key process to get in smoothly. They also will consistently and within minutes, call back customers if they have any issue with access on their own and will let them in during office hours. Simple, professional and reliable in the downtown area. Thank you Stuf Storage.

Real and bad experience. Real review.Very unprofessional employee.There is No office there. Nobody was there to open the door, it s in the basement of a building. It was 2pm i had to call this line 4 time. Even the main employee of the main entrance of the office building didn't know where Stuf storage was. The employee i finally had on the phone, after few unsuccessful temptations to open me the door i thought it was their office, once opened i saw there wasn t office, but just a small space where there were some grids of small size. But most were empty, i m not surprise. So you can see all belongings of others renters. To get out it was a nightmare. The employee sent me in the parking level. On the elevator L ( lobby level ) didn t exist. I was lost in parkings. She then confessed she never been to this storage and she even doesn t know NOTHING about this building. A NIGHTMARE
