I just got two sandwiches yesterday, and I never had an issue with quality and service. Sometimes, I like to order online also in advance so I can use the coupons. I think in the middle of the day is the best time to go cause I always see at least 3 people behind the counter in my opinion

So I came there with my bf wanting some breakfast this morning so I asked for a wrap (something I never had before) But when I seen how it looked after warming up egg and cheese just very stale and I apologized for having him warm up the egg. I asked could I just have a regular sandwich. He got upset and told me “no I’m not making you nothing else” in a very rude tone. I honestly would’ve respected it and went about my business if he was nicer about it talking to not only a female but in general a person. For some reason every time I come to this subway the customer service is trash and they are rude. When my bf asked could you please make a sandwich because we were starving and had to be to work soon. We were told by the other guy as well to just leave. I tried I’m never coming here again I know I can’t trust the service and to be treated like a human.

They are fast, the food is good, and for the area they are in VERY affordable. Especially if you're going to the conference center.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Subway Downtown D.C, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish.The atmosphere at this location is inviting and clean. The well-lit interior and neatly arranged seating made for a comfortable dining environment.The staff here deserve special recognition for their friendliness and efficiency. They greeted me with a warm smile, and their attention to detail when preparing my sandwich was impressive.What also stood out was the speed of service. Despite the lunchtime rush, my order was prepared swiftly, and I didn't have to wait long.Subway offers excellent value for money. For a reasonable price, I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal.In these times, it's worth noting that the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. I observed hand sanitizer stations and staff wearing masks, which added to my confidence in dining here.Overall, my experience at this Subway in Downtown D.C was top-notch. I rate this restaurant 5 out of 5 stars for its exceptional service, delicious food, and commitment to cleanliness. Nothing wrong with the food, typical subway food joint. I went there today around 4 and I could not believe the dine in option was completely shut down. And was not allowed to use the public restrooms, employees only marked with big signs. It was as if Covid was brand new, and here we are several years later. Looking in the back room, and one of the workers was eating his lunch inside. So as a paying customer, I should be allowed to eat with my girlfriend. I truly believe the workers are lazy and perhaps had issues with loitering. None the less, the closing half the restaurant is no excuse. Subway corporate should really take a closer look at this place and address this.

I was at a conference at the convention center across the street and stopped in for a quick bite. I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese. The flat bread was very soggy and the bacon had no flavor and tasted like it had been microwaved. Not like that comes as a surprise. The egg was also relatively bland and didn't taste too fresh. I can see why this chain has been going downhill when there are so many better fast food and fast food casual chains in town.

First thing I noticed upon entering this establishment was how clean it was! Staff greeted me with a smile and prepared my food quickly. I was disappointed that there was no indoor seating of public restrooms l, but otherwise a good experience

I ordered through the app only for the address to get it wrong when sent to Doordash for delivery. Doordash was very helpful but unable to reach the store. I had to send an email and call the store for subway. I spoke to the manager who was aware of the issue, said he would refund my money and a month later still no refund. Don’t order here - plenty of other locations, hopefully not owned by the same person.
