Extremely disappointed. I ordered online as I waited (2 footlong subs). The plan was that this was going to be dinner for me and my family. When I got in the car, I realized that I had been given 1 footlong and 1-6 inch sub. I called immediately. I was told to call back. I explained that I would just come back by the next day, being that I was on my way to get my kids from camp (and lived 1 hr away). We both were in agreeance. Whe I came back the next day, the guy acted brand new, like he didn't know what I was talking about. Accountability is BIG in my book. You can't do nothing for me if you can't take accountability. I have no Traub to lie about a sub especially. I was calm, approachable, and kind....... as I typed this, the guy Shaong came back and rectified things. I will be returning again. I have a lot of respect for this establishment. He fixed the issue. We r all human, and we forget things sometimes. It felt great to get the same grace that I am always giving.

As you might've read with the various other reviews on the page, this Subway's customer service is absolutely horrendous.Most of the times I've visited this Subway for a quick bite a very rude employee always comes out to take my order and he almost always has one AirPod in his ear.Whenever you try to explain what you want to order the dude always rudely replies "EH!?" and almost always ends up screwing up your order.But don't fret, there is hope at this place. If you ever decide to pop by this Subway wait 'till you see an older guy. He's one of the most respectful and nicest employees at this Subway in particular, he always lets you take your time to choose what you want on your sandwich and likes to spark up little conversations while he toasts your bread.If you ever encounter him make sure to give him a tip directly to him.Overall, pretty 'eh' Subway but I'd recommend it just because the store's atmosphere is pretty nice and because of that one old employee.

Nice friendly staff. They sure do know how to make a sandwich at this location. Subway does need to reduce their prices because their competitor Wawa is becoming people's fav. Only thing that Subway has over Wawa is a veggie patty sub option.

Extremely poor customer service. Walked in and nobody came out to help me for maybe 5 minutes. When the guy finally does come out, he's got 1 AirPod in his ear having a conversation with someone the entire time I placed my order.

I'm the only customer in the store and no one seems like they wanted to wait on me. Then some guy walks in and they immediately served him. I said "I'm standing here to order way before this guy walked in", and they're saying he got a online order. Poor service and rudeness at its highest. Never go to this store. Nasty employees with terrible attitude. Worse service here with over priced food

I came in there and went in and asked for the rest room and they said to go to dollar store because the one there was out of service. When I came back there was someone in front of me giving order growing visa I’ll frustrated because the person making sandwich whats yelling and having loud convo and customer had to keep treating herself. She walked out because he kept yelling on phone and having her repeat herself. He was moving exceptionally slow. After she walked out and told him why she was leaving, I was surprised to see him doing the same with me. He had me repeat every part of the order and I asked him to “get off the phone while I made my order” but he was still talking. So I left too. He didn’t even notice I started recording before I left too. The video is attached. Management needs tk do something about this guy.

Janky. Rude. Unprofessional. I put it in online order for dinner for my family, the order went through money was taken out of my account I go to pick up my food and before I get to go in someone from the store calls my cell phone telling me to bring my ID and card. Huh? To pick up some sandwiches? That I already ordered online and was charged for? He kept trying to bring up some policy that they have but it all sounded janky to me then started to yell at me over the phone and hung up on me next thing a manager calls me from a whole different phone number because he wasn't even in the store and try to explain the same janky policy that they claim that they have now which I have never ever heard of especially ordering online food as I have also ordered from Subway online before the different location never had this issue. After going back and forth told them to cancel the order the manager continues to text my phone I don't know what type of scamming janky stuff these people are on but avoid this Subway if you can there are plenty other better locations near these guys are horrible I would never step foot in this raggedy establishment.
