The Manager, Victor, along with Warren and other staff members have all been very responsive. I learned I can keep most of my cash in the money market earning a nice return. My direct deposits go into that account and my mortgage and several other major monthly bills automatically paid directly from that account as well. Happy I switched from Bank of America and its ridiculous checking account fees. Thank you Truist!

AWFUL. I came in at 9 AM and their computers weren’t working and I waited for over a half hour to just quickly deposit a check. They also had attitude when I was waiting patiently for the first 30 minutes

Both ATMs on exterior of building are not working. No signs are displayed, so they make you go through all the steps to withdraw cash, then the ATM screen states that it is not working.

I really like this branch of SunTrust. I have been particularly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and patience of the Senior Branch Manager, Mr. Victor D. Paul. I was treated with respect and felt appreciated as a client.

I received a call from SunTrust today, informing me that there was suspicious activity on my debit card account. Someone had used my account information in a city over a thousand miles away. This the second time this has happened, in the same distant city. The first time, SunTrust issued me a new card, closing the old account. I had to wait for the new card to be sent THROUGH the mail. They refused to overnight the card to me. Today, I tried to speak with a customer service? Person who barely spoke English. I politely explained that I could not understand them, and given the importance of the issue at hand, requested that I speak with a supervisor, or someone who could speak English. I waited about 5 more minutes, and another person came on the line. I had to go back and answer all of the information again, which they already had to begin with. This person hung up on me. I then called 1-800-SunTrust and began again. Bottom line, I am out a considerable sum of money, my account is frozen, and I am at the mercy of the USPS to deliver a new card. SunTrust obviously has a technology issue in the chip in their card, yet it is the customer who is at risk, and brutally inconvenienced. Our Credit Union can do Instant replacement if this issue occurs...so it can be done, SunTrust...

This branch is frequently understaffed. Expect a long wait if you want to speak with a banker. Also, keep your eyes on the bankers, as they let people jump the line regardless to how long you’ve been waiting. The bankers and tellers really need to improve their customer service skills.

Looking for a Suntrust branch that is open on Saturday in our nation's capital and there is nothing close that's open. I'm in southeast, and looks like I'll have to go to a grocery store way out near the stadium or to Dupont Circle. Really, folks? maybe this merger will increase customer service instead of expecting automation to do it all. In banking, sometimes you need a real person for help. Open up your branches!

Needed a wire transfer on short notice. The branch manager Brandon Nnodi and the team he had on staff took great care of me. Brandon fit me into what was a busy schedule and squared me away with excellent customer service. Well done!

My bank is better than yours. I love going in here. I am typically one who does everything in my power to stay out of the actual bank, direct deposit, mobile deposit, online banking...but they make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff actually knows my name and greets me by it. Tiana is an awesome teller who is very warm and inviting. Chris and Franciso do their job above and beyond making sure you are taken care of. You should bank here too!!!
